We went in for a midday snack and enjoyed some Baskin Robbins ice cream. service was friendly and quick. very family friendly and clean place to grab a quick bite to eat. the only downside is a little difficult to get in and out of with traffic but worth it once you are able to get in

I pulled to the speaker to view the menu, and politely asked if I could have a minute to figure out what everyone in my car wanted. As children can be picky. Not even 40seconds later I was met by a rude woman on the speaker telling me I needed to hurry because there was ONE car behind us. While ordering she cut me off, assumed my order, and even after correcting her mistakes on my order it was still wrong. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this specific employee, but it will be the last. 100% recommend any other location but this one.

Of all the times I frequent Dunkin’ for breakfast, only once did they get my order wrong. When I returned to mention it to them, they gave me a free donut for the error. The staff is efficient.

I get the maple bacon breakfast croissant. It comes with egg and white Cheddar cheese as well. It’s really good when fresh. Unfortunately, I often get a cold sandwich instead of a hot one. The egg is sometimes cooked fresh. The bacon is fresh about half the time. You can also order the maple bacon separately. Once, I got undercooked bacon on my sandwich. I get the sandwich probably 1 to 3 times a week. I also would recommend the stuffed cream cheese bagels. They are kinda expensive, though.

This location used to be so good but it is going downhill. I wish the cashier would slow down and listen instead of trying to assume everyone’s orders and rushing them. And the fact that hazelnut shot is not the same as the regular syrup needs to be specified. We knew they were out of hazelnut syrup but figured we’d ask and we were told they had it. Turns out to be hazelnut shots and not the syrup. They taste completely different and that needs to be specified but they’re in too much of a hurry to explain things or listen. I hope this place starts becoming good again.

Changing my rating because I have never been so disappointed as I have been right now with this place. Ordered usual ham and cheese croissant and I get some un cooked rolled up covered in crusty cheese imitation. The outside was so unappealing I had to peel it off. Already upset it not the SANDWICH I ordered. One piece of rolled up ham is all that’s in this. I get it, charge me for the extra but don’t skimp people.

I don’t even know how to order anymore if I go to another DD because this place always remembers my order better than I do! Also, no other DD can make my coffee right. Best DD 15 years and counting!!

I know my 10-12 caramel pump request can be annoying or a tedious task… I appreciate when it tastes right. I have had people put mint or raspberry in it by accident and gave it to me. Almost like a boyfriend breakup call…. The missing star is because the bacon tasted old/off.

For a coffee place, you seem to lack basic understanding of tea. Tea has specific times that it should be steeped in the water for, by putting the tea bag in the water before delivery you essentially ruin the tea. Take it off your menu if you lack the understanding necessary to serve tea to your customers.
