They didnt have medium iced cups so i got a large, it was too sweet for starters. Took me 3 hours to realize they gave me decaf. I’ve never asked decaf or had decaf in my life. Now I’m at work with the runs stuck in the bathroom. Not happy about this experience

So much better than the other Dunkin’ in rich. The people here never fail to be super sweet and helpful and quick! I’ve been here a few times now and I love it! A girl named Riley helped me with my order today and she was incredibly sweet! 10/10 would recommend!

I really like Dunkin coffee in the morning. I was hopeful that this location would going to be a lot better than the second one by the 52 cross. It has gone seriously downhill and I just stopped going. When you wait in line for a simple coffee for a very long time to find out it’s wrong over ten times it’s worth it for me to buy Dunkin beans and brew at home. Cheaper too. I gave the new place a try. The floor was extremely sticky. There was not really a place to sit down either. This location they want you in and out. If you want to sit and enjoy anything this is not the location to do that. I ordered a simple coffee, and it was wrong, hazelnut light and sweet hot. To get correct order I had to wait another ten minutes and the staff was not to friendly about it. I will be once again buying the Dunkin beans at home. Not worth it.

Horrible. Ordered bacon egg bagel; bagel was burnt, egg was okay, bacon burnt and crumbly. Also ordered a half dozen maple glazed donuts and if they weren’t made the night before I would be shocked, this was around 8:30 am I don’t think it’s too crazy to expect warm and fresh donuts at that time. I ate one and a half and threw the rest away. I won’t be back to Dunkin in Richmond or anywhere else for that matter. This place basically just opened too, we could’ve gotten something so much better in that location than this joke of an establishment. Sigh

Wow! I love making the Leighway Drive Dunkin a part of my routine each week. Not only are they fast, they are always super friendly! My Large Iced Coca Mocha Signature Latte is always made perfectly. The manager, Malicka, loves her job, you can tell! Will be back, all the time!

This place can sometimes have a long line on weekends especially, but I am in love with the ice caramel coffee with cream ☕. The people at the drive-thru window are also very nice and friendly.

Please for the love of a die hard coffee drinker, fill the cup up when someone orders a large HOT coffee and if you have to throw it in the microwave to warm it up a bit, go ahead and throw it in there.. nobody wants a lukewarm, 1/2 filled coffee.
