The family who runs this business is super welcoming and friendly! They always greet with a smile, which most other businesses lack nowadays. I love coming here because my drinks are consistent. Other Dunkin’s usually mess up drink orders, but not this one. Accuracy here is top notch. Food is always warm and fresh. I come here all the time because of all the positive experiences.

1st time at this location. Nothing to say except excellent service and interaction with the employee. I’m a regular at dunkin in Chicago area. The experience here was outstanding. Corporate and store managers can be very proud at the service I received. Sorry didn’t catch the lady’s name, she was kind considerate and respectful. Great job

Not much to say but had a weird experience. The woman didn’t understand English which I am very patient with those who struggle because the fact of even trying is commendable. The issue was I asked her a question if they still did happy hour, she couldn’t understand. Ok so I moved on and said just give me a moment as they had some new things on the menu. Then she asked what do I want. We all know when someone’s being rude and I asked her again can you please give me a moment. No one’s in the back of me. Then she said we’re closed. I’m like um what ?? Like how did you close at a quarter till or why would you ask what I wanted if your closed. So I checked the hours and sure enough they were supposed to be closed. Which I appreciate she was going to take my order I guess or maybe she didn’t understand I was trying to order when she aggressively asked what do I want. But I would have been fine if she had let me know she was closed when I first pulled up. Yet instead she chose to be disrespectful. Because as I’m literally putting my car in drive she yells you leave!! I’m like um excuse me. I can literally leave when I’m ready I don’t know what her issue was as if me sitting in my car would stop her from doing her job.

Go to the Fern Valley location .It’s much better. Better service. Better communication. A lot quicker, even if the Fern Valley location was a bit slower, you would get your money’s worth. The lady at the 5201 Preston Hwy store, is very rude. They need to hire someone who speaks English and communicates with their customers as if they appreciated their business there. All of these 5 reviews are from either friends of theirs or customers who got lucky to get good service one day. If you want to enjoy what you are spending hard earned money on, go to any other location. ♂️

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Nearly impossible to understand the man & woman working there today. Asked what type of donuts they had available (I never go to DD) and the woman listed them off really fast & rude, like she was annoyed that I asked. Man didn’t tell us our total at the speaker. Pulled to the window and asked, didn’t say. Handed me one coffee and then held his hand out for payment so I had to ask again what the total was. Couldn’t understand what he said so we just paid with card. Saw the woman mixing my iced coffee with a spoon that she took out of a plastic cup of water (doubt it was clean water). We ordered a butter pecan iced coffee (clarified twice that it was BUTTER PECAN) & a hot mocha latte. There was no butter pecan taste in my iced coffee at all. And the mocha latte barely tasted like mocha. They’re a couple of scam artists.

Ordered through the drive thru and the woman taking the order is VERY hard to understand. Then when she realized I was having a hard time understanding her, she was extremely rude and raised her voice. She was visibly irritated and mad that I couldn’t understand her. Definitely needs some manners and learn how to speak more clearly.
