The best customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere is this dunkin donuts. I can’t say this enough, and I can’t tell enough people how amazing the staff here is. I go here every morning/afternoon through the week while I’m at work and the customer service given to me has been nothing but perfect. I’ve only been through the drive through but the way these ladies work I’m sure it’s clean. Drive thru is always fast and easy to order. The worker always repeats the order back to me and my food is always great. The only down fall I can think of is the hashbrowns are soft. I like crunchy hashbrowns, some may like them soggy but I think it’s the grease because it also has a odd taste. The coffee is great. I’ve finally bought dunkin donut ground coffee for my the weekends when I’m not near this dunkin donuts. Also they offer breakfast all day.

This was a long overdue review but a big shoutout to Laura who extremely nice and hardworking. She gives out very nice suggestions if you are confused on what to order. I used to work nearby and absolutely loved going to get an iced coffee. Nikki does a very good job as a manager! Keep up the good work!!

Walked in to order a dozen doughnuts @ 730am July 4th. All racks were full, everything looked fresh. What a disappointment ! The server was very cold & could care less about what she was doing, (grabbing 3 & 4 donuts together as I ordered). Got home and immediately noticed the donuts were smaller. (I never had 12 Dunkin Donuts in box with room for 3 more) Got home and after a taste – they were stale ! Ridiculous how they can’t get the order of 4 old fashioned doughnuts correct. You literally just look at the doughnuts and select the ones that are ordered. They have gotten my order wrong twice. Need new employees that knows the difference in doughnuts. If I could do zero stars I would. And then this was my bacon egg and cheese bagel

I ordered ahead of time with my mobile app. Ordered a med iced coffee and 2 of the stuffed biscuit bites. There were 2 other cars ahead of me in the drive thru so they had plenty of time to fix my order as I was a mile down the road when I placed the order. nothing was ready and I get to work and my food is incorrect as well as they gave me stuffed bagels with cream cheese instead. Terrible service.

I ordered a large matcha tea from dunkin with no ice and they gave me the drink in a large cup but it was a medium amount of tea . I went in and asked why it wasn’t filled all the way and they said it’s bc there’s no ice . But it was a while size down and just because I get no ice I can’t get it filled all the way when I paid for it? They employees were super rude as well

We arrived at Dunkin on our last day of a nice trip to KY. Unfortunately it left a pretty bad taste in our mouth (pardon the pun). Like many quick service restaurants the lobby was closed to customers. The highly profitable drive through remained open however. Maybe 4-5 cars were in the drive through. Upon reaching the speaker we were informed that it would be a “long wait” as there were only two people working. Ironically it only took a few minutes to reach the window. Once we reached the window is when the problems began. We had 12 people in the van so as you can imagine the order was large and varied. As the food was passed to us we began distributing it to everyone. We soon realized we were short two donuts. They provided one with only a little attitude, but when we explained that we were still missing a donut they escalated to being very rude. It ended with the woman who was working cursing us (f word) and screaming at us to not come back. She had also explained her aggravation was stemming from us backing up the drive through. It was upsetting because we were simply trying to make sure everyone had what they wanted to eat. Whether we ordered incorrectly or if they had filled the order incorrectly was secondary to the extremely nasty attitude from the employee. I have tried to call the owners of the store and until I hear from them I would not recommend.
