I’ve been a handful of times and the first time did not compare to the most recent. I always get the same order , the iced coffee is good but the bagels are atrocious. I was charged $6 for a bagel with extra cream cheese and $1.79 for the bagel itself so basically charged almost $8 with tax for a bagel with a slight overcoat of cream cheese. This most recent time that sparked me to write this review I received a rock solid bagel and a smudge of cream cheese. The one bite I did take almost broke my teeth off.

I normally don’t write reviews and I DO NOT want to be a Karen by any means!!! But this was very disappointing. Workers were so sweet and provided very quick and efficient service! Coffee was great, but donuts and breakfast items were pretty bad….. I mean very bad. Especially the wake up wrap. We didn’t even eat it. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. Needs some serious improvement in that area!

Their donuts are never great, even my kids don’t like them. As for coffee, sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don’t. I ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and it was nothing but water, milk with sugar. I was so annoyed!! Even when I take my order through the drive through, I’ll get to the window and they ask me what did I get. LOL. Never going back.

The hot caramel craze latte is great. The breakfast sandwiches and donuts aren’t bad either. People posting bad reviews about a chain coffee shop crack me up. Quick acting like you’re dinning at a five star restaurant. It’s fast food folks. You know better than to expect made from scratch from a franchise. Stop it.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning. Donuts were hard and stale coffee was burnt and the drink smelled like spoiled milk. This was my first and last time coming here. Spend your money at one of the much better small town shops like community or Ollie’s.

It’s difficult to describe how poor the donuts were here. The donuts are not made here and are quite stale and DRY. The coffee was below average. The service was provided by a trainee who, Bless her heart, tried but required assistance from several others. I don’t believe that they will be able to improve the donuts or coffee enough to get us to return. I don’t think we will be able to go back.

Overall this location is good, but I only ever get coffee. I always order on the mobile app and my order is always ready by the time I get there, unlike with the Starbucks in Oxford who will take 30 minutes+ if you order with their app.

I’m giving them 2 stars because the bakery items were good. I’ve been there upwards of 5 times. Doesn’t matter if I get a cold brew or hot coffee. I have to explain to them what’s in the drink. 2 times I went the coffee was burnt and I had to give money back to the cashier at the window due to them giving me change that added up to more than the money I gave them. They are going to bankrupt that place. (I gave the girl a $5 bill when my total was $3.19. She handed me back 3-$5 bills) (total was $11.75. I handed her a $20 bill. She handed me back a $20bill and a $5 bill)
