Ordered two bagel minis and one salted caramel cold brew. Only one person in front of us and some in the drive thru. Took a few extra minutes, but not too bad. Employees were kind and greeted us upon arrival and departure. They worked fast and are probably still learning everything, since place is still pretty new.

Stopped by at around 10:30 AM to pick up a coffee and a couple of muffins. Went inside; only one other person who had already ordered was there. Walked up to the counter and was completely ignored for several minutes. No one would even make eye contact much less say something like “I’ll be with you in just a minute”. Totally like I did not even exist as the employees walked back and forth in front of me doing other things for the drive-thru. Not exactly a customer focused operation.

I’ve tried to give this location as many chances as I can to improve since it is newer however they just still can’t seem to get things together after all this time being open. I’ve been by here 5 different times now to order donuts and coffee and they will never fail to be out of something or just simply give you the wrong items. The first two visits, they were out of every donut but chocolate glazed and glazed. The next 3 times they’ve said they had certain donuts but they never give you the correct ones. If I order a blueberry, I’ll get a chocolate cake instead. If I order a chocolate sprinkle, I’ll get a normal glazed instead. (Just examples) I just can’t seem to comprehend how it’s so difficult to keep things ordered and just get the order correct. Maybe they’re out of the donuts and don’t want to say anything so that’s why I keep getting random and incorrect orders but I would prefer you just tell me and I can leave and save us all the trouble. Please check your orders before you leave this location and I hope whatever the issue with ordering and customer service is gets fixed here since it’s convenient to my home.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. But the staff is very friendly and nice, everything is always fresh. Would be nice if they could add couches and a gas fireplace to just relax and read a book or engage in a good conversation.

I absolutely loved this Dunkin’s. However, this morning I tried to order a coffee and food. The lady then said “I am the only one working today, I am not doing food”. I would have understood it, her tone was rude and the customers in front of me had ordered and got food. They just didn’t have coffee and food. I was very disappointed in the service today, I usually go before starting a 12 hour shift at the hospital but I probably won’t be back in the mornings for awhile.
