It has gone downhill. Service is not very kind and the food quality is below par. Ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel and this was how they toasted it…burnt and inedible. The coffee has not been accurate more times than not, also. I’m sad and disappointed because they used to be great.

Placed a mobile order for 3 donuts and they finally made it 45 minutes after it was placed and I had been waiting in the store for 20 minutes. I stood at the mobile area waiting for about 19 of those 20 minutes ignored while the workers just continued to make drinks/orders for the drive thru, then a line formed, a third person came up to take those orders, and then the person working the hot food line finally asked me what I was waiting for. Everyone ignored him when he asked them to check mobile order until he finally went and grabbed my donuts.

Went in and 6 people or more were all working for the drive thru. Waited finally someone addressed me and said we’ll be with you shortly. I left since my business isnt as important as a drive thru customer. Customers that are getting out of their vehicle to come into your establishment deserve better service than that. Their donuts taste frozen their services lousy I really don’t see any other reason to visit another Dunkin.

This is my first bad review ever. I went to this location today to order doughnuts as we have houseguests coming in this weekend. I placed my order, drove to the window, and handed the lady at the window my credit card. I heard her talking, but she was facing away from me and I couldn’t hear her so I assumed she was either talking into her headset or to another employee. Well the next thing I know she SHOUTS at me to “PULL FORWARD!” and slams the window. I tried to ask where does she want me to pull forward to, but she had her back to me.

Horrible service manager is extremely rude and demeaning. I believe the guy said her name was charity or chasity cleary? I don’t know but I have never met a manager that was hateful and yelling loud enough I could hear her through the speaker. I ended up not even getting my food cause I left after hearing her throw a fit cause a customer asked to substitute an item. Do not go to this Dunkin’ stay far away

I love DD; however, lately there’s no customer service at this location after the early morning workers leave. The new guy which I assume is a manager will try to give you the wrong order and laugh about it. I walked in this afternoon and stood at the register for almost 10 minutes, no one spoke and said “we will be with you as soon as possible” nothing! I walked out. Went down the road past West Town to the one on Kingston Pike and they were extremely nice! Worth a few minutes extra to get great service.
