It’s mainly a drive thru only, you can go inside and order at a kiosk and pick up at the pickup window. Service was putting out drink at the pick up place so I guess was good service. The drinks were as ordered and tasted good. It’s a newer place and was clean. The Dunkin Go is smaller as it’s for mainly drive thru.

I got a iced coffee that’s basically the color of milk along with some reddish long hairs on my cup. Then a sausage biscuit with a raw biscuit. I tried to eat it to not waste it but it was literally raw dough. I will not be back.

Everything we asked for they were out of. The girl taking the order was very nice and apologetic but we were very disappointed that they were out of everything we asked for. We didn’t get anything. They didn’t have coolatas bc the machines was broken. We were told it was fixed then 2 seconds later it wasn’t fixed yet. No chocolate croissants, no Boston cream donuts or donuts with chocolate on top plus the coolatas. The employee that tried to take our order did try to come up with a solution for the coolata which was great but I didn’t want ice coffee. We don’t have a Dunkin near us so we went out of our way to go there for nothing.

The workers are so friendly and always have my order waiting…they know me as soon as I drive up so I don’t even have to tell them my name and they always tell me to have a good day! We always do mobile order at this location to save time. However, they managed to have the orders wrong everytime. When they got the order wrong, the only way they could fix it is for me driving back there. So much for saving time. Also, when I called for missing items on my order, their attitude is horrible.
