I think I’ve only had a somewhat negative experience here once, but overall this is my favorite Dunkin in Knoxville. I work right across the way in Cross Park Plaza so I’m always stopping for breakfast and even with a big line, they always get through it really quickly. Food is always great, especially the avocado toast with bacon, and they always make iced coffees and lattes perfectly. Thank you all for helping me start my day!

I should’ve taken the advice of the negative reviews but I took a chance on this location & won’t be doing that again. The frozen matcha latte I got barely had any matcha in it (I added a picture taken inside that shows how it usually looks- not even comparable) . It was basically milk & sugar and the egg & cheese croissant I had was still cold. The cheese wasn’t melted at all.

I normally don’t post bad reviews however my experience is completely unacceptable. I waited 10 minutes after ordering an iced matcha latte to receive it. They were too busy making the order for the people behind me. I then take a sip of my drink only to get a mouthful of powder. This is completely unacceptable and I will never be back to this location. Not to mention the workers were extremely rude. If I could give it 0 starts I would.

No matter what time I come here, I unfortunately always have an issue with my drink or food. If I order a food item, it’s stone cold when the food makes it to my hands. When I order drinks, they aren’t full to the top of the cup (and I don’t even ask for light ice). Wayyy not worth the price of what they charge for things.

The workers were so sweet and my drink was great (although not full), but the drive thru had several cars go through after I ordered while I waited in mine. They also made the drinks for the couple behind me first. They had to keep asking everyone in the lobby what their order was. They were so lost. Also, I tried to use their restroom, but you need a code to get in???

I go to this Dunkin every single day and order the same exact thing. Every day it is made different (and it’s usually awful) and then they get mad if I ask them to remake it. I only put 5 stars for the atmosphere because Joe and Josh are fabulous! 🙂

I go here almost every day for the same breakfast before work. Even tho I get the same thing every time, about half the time its still wrong and I usually wait 15-30+ minutes in the drive-through to get just my coffee and toast. This is the closest Dunkin to my house and I am a picky eater so it’s hard for me to find things I like at other places since most places stop serving breakfast at 10 or 10:30 in the morning. This past week they havent had many items in stock. Today I went through half the menu before I finally gave up and just got my coffee and left. How can they expect people to sit in their drive through for over 30+min (when theyre not busy btw …just slow) and then have nothing to serve customers? Kinda ridiculous.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order the avocado toast!! I took one bite then tried another and almost ! It was GROSS ! And I’m not a picky eater. I love avocado and have had it on toast a couple of other restaurants and enjoyed it but there’s we’re real avocado. This was prepackaged fake avocado and honestly they should take it off the menu! The positive though is I told the assistant manager and he allowed me to get something else at an equal price. He was very nice about it too .

There’s just something different about the speed in Tennessee. They will get around to it when they get around to it. They made three mistakes on the donut order it’s as if the staff was all from one of those states where smoking weed is legal. Would explain the lack of communication skills to get things done properly. Been to other Dunkin’s but this one was just very off comparing to other locations of the same chain
