Ordered a iced vanilla cappuccino and hashed browns. The taste was good but there was just a few hash browns and the cappuccino was a good inch and half below the full. I was in a huge hurry so I didn’t complain but I was disappointed. I did take pictures but can’t find a place to post.

E. Brainerd Rd. in Chattanooga location : very annoyed! I walked in and asked for a very basic frozen chocolate, then was told they didn’t have any longer, I said okay then proceeded to order a vanilla bean coolata. They ended up making a huge deal of the hot chocolate when I changed my order already and then another guy / worker comes up and says what are you trying to do, are you trying to make a frozen hot chocolate a different way? And started accusing me of trying to do a work around. I literally said I’ll take the vanilla… about 4 times, then I had to walk out. It was a terrible experience

So this is where I get my ice coffee and at 5am on the dot, these ladies are always ready to make it and its always on point. I don’t eat donuts so I don’t know much about the food my daughter doesn’t seem to mind it though so I definitely recommend going here for a on the go morning!

While the staff at this location is always friendly, this morning the coffee was terrible. It actually tasted burnt. I just threw it out. Most days it’s at least ok, but how anyone that serves coffee thinks this was acceptable is beyond me. No matter how much cream or sugar you could add, it would still be un-drinkable!

I waited for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me until I got upset. When I finally got help the manager Sonya was snarky and rude. No one bothered to accommodate my wait and I was the only black customer present, which makes it feel discriminatory. Be careful here.
