Failed leadership. The owner and the manager of this location need to step it up. The food preparation is inconsistent, too many errors with orders. The staff’s inability to work together and under pressure is ubiquitous. I’ve been repeatedly going back, feeling optimistic that something may have changed. Now that the building renovations are complete it’s time to look into leadership and team building skills. I’ve been giving Dunkin’ a lot money over the years. Management… take the time to understand why I went out of my way to leave this negative review. This location is terrible.

I have to say Wow! My bagel was perfectly toasted, my bacon was delicious (sweet and crispy) and my mocha was gone in three swallows. I rolled by at 5:45 am for my mobile order to hear “You’re all set. Pull around.” I don’t know the name of the lovely young woman at the drive through but she’s an all star with a bigger smile than I expected, much less so early in the morning! Many, many thanks.

I stopped by the Dunkin on Signal Mountain Rd. In Chattanooga today a little after 8am. It was busy as usual. Rather than using the drive through which was backed up to the street, I decided to go inside to order. That was a mistake! I was the third person in line and must have watched a dozen or more car served at the drive though while no one would attend to the counter. I even commented to the lady in front of me about it and she said that she should have stayed in her car. Finally a lady (Angela), began to serve the counter, when it was my turn several minutes later, I commented about the menus not being turned on yet and I could the frustration as she picked up the remote and turned them on. I apologize as I do not have them committed to memory as she does. Overall it was not a pleasant experience, why have an inside counter if you are going to ignore it and then why get frustrated with customers because they are not happy with the lack of service.

To the lady working the front counter on 5/24/23, thank you for working so hard. The drive thru was backed up as usual so I went inside to go get my mobile order. The poor lady was helping other customers and I didn’t mind the wait. She acknowledged me and got my name. She finally got my order and apologized for the wait. I told her it’s no problem and please don’t work too hard! Order came out perfectly. The manager and district manager need to give her a raise!

I love Dunkin’, but they never mix third drinks. I only come for Matcha lattes like I do at Starbucks. Dunkin does it better by actually making it taste how it’s supposed to, but they never mix it and they always had way too much ice even when I ask for light ice.

This was not my first time at this location and when I go I go early in the morning my original lady answered at first at the speaker how ever she was then interrupted by some over powered manager telling me I need to come in because I was on their timer and telling me I needed to hurry and figure out what I wanted. when I called to alert them of this situation and how it made me feel the same person who took my order hung up on me! This really has disappointed me.

I made a purchase on the DD app but when I arrived, I was told that they did not have the drink that I ordered. I was offered a few different choices and decided to settle for a regular lemonade. Once I got to the drive thru window, I asked if I would be given the difference that was owed to me due to the lemonade costing less than the original drink that I wanted. I was informed that since I had ordered through the app, that they could not give me any money back at the store. Another employee seemed to think differently but he was unable to give me the difference as well. I was told that I would have to call the number on the receipt for further assistance. The difference that was owed to me ended up being 77 cents, which is not a big deal, but if this happens to other people DD could possibly be getting away with a ton of “free” money. This DD is currently out of several of the refresher flavors as well as the strawberry bubbles, however, it does not indicate this while ordering on the app. You can still order it and it does not notify you that the store is out. Fast forward… I got home and intended to call the number that was on the receipt, as I was advised, however the only number that I was able to find on the receipt is the number of the actual store. There was no point in calling that number since they could not help me while I was there. My advice is to not order on the app! I know it’s quicker, but it is not worth the money that you could potentially lose. This in no way has anything to do with the staff! They are always friendly and very welcoming!
