Situated about an hour north of Chattanooga in an hour south of Nashville this pilot gas station always has good hot Dunkin’ donuts coffee, the staff is very kind and genuine, so if you’re in the area looking for a hot cup of coffee need to fill up your tank or just one of the grab a snack this is a great spot to stop. One more thing don’t miss out and download the pilot app for your phone, you get three cents off gas and you can acquire coffee coupons for every 12 cups you buy you get one free and within the pilot app they can send you a digital receipt so if you travel in business you don’t have to worry about taking photograph of your receipt and you can just download the digital copy directly from the app. Pretty pretty good!

Because Duncan is individually owned, some of them aren’t as good as others. This one is a good one. The owner obviously cares because the people he has working for him are very friendly and very good at their jobs. The food was delicious the sandwich was fresh it was hot the coffee was perfect and the donuts were available. At other Duncan stores we have gotten regular coffee, no cream sugar was added or feeling just cold. Every time we have been to the store everything has been great I highly recommend this Duncan I just saw that Duncan was spelled wrong sorry.

Good stop for fuel and bio break. Clean enough restrooms WITH paper towels, which is a big plus in my opinion. Standard merchandise to look at. Cheerful staff.
