If I could give zero stars, I would. We went in on the weekend and service was great. The donuts were stocked and staff was polite. Went in today and service was awful! Hardly any donuts & the frozen caramel coffee was made incorrectly. No whip cream and no caramel. A plain nasty frozen coffee. The black manager could care less and wanted to laugh it up with the other employees. Once I voiced my frustration, she got attitude. I will NEVER be back and will tell everyone how horrible the Hixson, TN location is. Bad employees ruin a business quickly.

The girl at the window was polite. Everything else …donuts shouldn’t be a part of the name. They’re stale tasting. I worked at one in Chicagoland area when I was a teenager. The donuts were fresh every morning and AMAZING. We sold out nearly daily. These r terrible. Dry like store bought. The coffee has no consistency. With a chain I feel like there should be specific recipes for each latte or drink. Unless otherwise specified. This just isn’t the case. And 23 mins in a drive through line with only two cars ahead of me?? And the lady in front just left without her order. (Which was a single iced coffee)So only one technically. Over $5 for dry donuts. I’ll skip it.

Went this morning & needed a minute to look at the menu but the lady in the DT had a bad attitude telling me hurry to order. I worked in fast food a long time & it’s okay to give the customer a minute, it’s three minutes a car. Have patience & offer the most popular options to make them pick what they want but at the same time not making them feel in a hurry.

Good quality donuts, friendly service. Would love to able to get hot, fresh donuts during the day, not just the mornings. Inside space is large enough not to be crowded, but a bit messy and not too comfortable.

I am definitely a fan of Dunkin Donuts . I really do love you guys ! All of their doughnuts have a calming effect. Thank you ! I walk in my place of employment attitude changes with positive smiles . Everyone is in a better mode . You really want to make someone have a Great day ? This is surreal try it. I’ve gotten a lot more back spending money on doughnuts than lunch. I do lunch also. My employees became more productive. Why ? Everybody needs a little sugar every now , and then . I personally prefer the miniature doughnuts. If they like coffee ☕, buy it to This way you can eat more, without realizing how much you have eaten. Guess what ? Nobody is counting calories. Go ahead overindulge, you won’t be judge . You will be appreciated even more as a boss or supervisor. I love Chatt Town Mr.C.

I’m honestly just wondering if I should even order what I want and just give them money at this point. This store consistently makes the same exact drink I order taste different Everytime! The customer service is ok depending on who is at the window. There is a very high turnover rate because I see new employees everyday I go. There is a girl who has always been very kind and doesn’t do that ANYTHING ELSE like I’m bothering her with my single drink order lol ♀️ When I get her name next time I will acknowledge her kindness. But honestly Dunkin I love my iced caramel latte but this is just unacceptable paying 5.12-5.34 depending on who rings me up to get a drink that taste nothing like it’s supposed to. For instance just now I ordered and my latte is almost brown! Definitely Taste like they haven’t emptied the expresso pods all day if not since yesterday. It makes me upset because I am kind I tip on every drink sometimes more than my drink only thinking if I kill them with kindness it will make my drink taste the way it should this time. I never have this experience with Starbucks. I get the same exact tasting latte everytime! I only drink hot from there so my favorite is iced which is why I mostly run on Dunkin. It would be nice to get some consistency in these drinks because if not I would be more than happy to come behind the counter and teach them myself. I understand that it’s a shortage of people willing to work and I empathize with the situation but I also realize these people are getting no training on making these drinks the way Dunkin says they are to be made! Please do better!

Awful service. I got 2 chai lattes with oat milk. the milk was spoiled. i took 2 sips of it and could tell it wasn’t good. I then called them to let them know that something was off. But they hung up on me THREE times. didn’t even pick up the phone just a quick answer and then hang up.
