Last few times we’ve gone, the door has been locked with only the drive through operating. They are slow and make mistakes often. We went again 2 days ago to find the door locked AGAIN. Honestly, the person at the window was friendly, but unkept. Dirty shirt, long nails, and loose strands of hair. I think we will be taking a break from dunkin for a while after this last time. I really hope corporate can address the on going issues at this store from operational issues to service issues to inventory issues (because y’all will run out of glaze on a Tuesday before noon.)

Door locked 3 hours before posted closing time. Drive through attendant can only be described as rude. The manner in which I was talked to convinced me to politely cancel my order as I don’t think my business was wanted there.

This location is going downhill fast. Came to this location at around 11:30 am on Sunday. After waiting in the drive thru line for at least 5-10 mins, I get up to the order kiosk and nobody says anything to me for at least 10 mins. Several people in line ended up getting fed up with the wait and drove off. I was committed at that point though. Eventually someone came on and told me to just pull up to the window where they proceeded to take my order. Another 15 mins go by before I received my order. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the older women staff was being pretty rude to a younger gentleman working who was clearly new. I saw him ask her questions several times and she straight up ignored him. And when my ONE croissant that I ordered was ready she practically threw it at me and said “here you go.” No, “So sorry for the wait” or anything. New management is CLEARLY needed here. 30+ minutes for a latte and a croissant is ridiculous.

May 11th at 10:20am I called the store to let them know I’ve been getting the wrong items for the past few Uber delivery orders I’ve made this week. Instead of a simply apologizing and saying that they were out of some items… I was greeted with 2 very rude employees – one a manager. She immediately became irate and yelling at me – telling me I need to take my problems to Uber. They said they’d been out of that item for 2 weeks… why is it still available to order then..

Don’t go. Had to go back 3 times. First they didn’t give me my coffee, no big deal, get to work missing two muffins, drive back to pitiful management, now I’m sorta frustrated. Get back, giant hair in the first breakfast sandwich I get. No one I bought food for wanted it after that and my rant. I work close by and sadly will never go back.

Not good. I understand they can’t get staff to show up but the food is disgusting regardless. Donuts are dry and tasteless and the other items are not edible. It is not just this location Dunk’n is something to avoid entirely.

Extremely rude and hostile employee who appears to be the manager because she is very bossy to everyone in the facility. Would rather boss the customers around than to ask if she can help and ask helpful questions. When I told her she had an attitude problem and to stop talking to me, after I told her that one of her team members was handling to the order, she walked up to me in a hostile way instead of letting her team mate handle the order or let me walk out. If this indeed is the manager, she is liability issue waiting to happen!!! She needs to be fired asap!

I ordered (mobile) a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Instead of the croissant I got a nasty bagel and didn’t notice it until I made it to my destinations.
