I normally get the iced vanilla latte but it never tastes the same as the last times I ordered it and then I get bummed. So I left without getting anything. Im here every single day and have never had a problem. This morning I ordered stuffed biscuit bites & stuffed bagel bites with my coffee for my kids because we were on the way to a doctor appointment. As soon as we pulled out of the parking lot I went to give my kids their food and it was FREEZING cold on the inside. I didn’t have time to turn around because like I said, doctor appointment. I have called 5+ times and there’s no answer. I want a refund. I’m really disappointed I just spent money on that.

i didn’t catch what their names were but the beautiful red head and latina girl working on 7/24 around 2p.m. provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service, for one, they made my somewhat complicated drink correctly, and gave my pup the most beautiful pup cup topped with a munchkin, i used to work at the port royal dunkin when i was in highschool and i know it can be stressful sometimes, but these girls are a perfect example of a little goes a long way, and it honestly made my day, so hopefully their manager sees this and they get some sort of compensation for being wonderful at their jobs.

Went to Dunkin for “free donut day” because my kid was excited for all the signs. They told me I needed to buy a drink to get a “free donut.” Ok…got a coffee. Paid $3.02. Coffee was awful. Threw it out. Ended up paying three times the amount for a donut than I normally would. Thanks, “free donut day!” Thanks, Dunkin! Once again, you rock at making nasty donuts, bad coffee, and breakfast sandwiches that are still half frozen.

Old lady extremely rude. I will take my money elsewhere. Husband was outside watching them roll their eyes because the milk was sour and I needed it remade. Never , never again going here.I would give a zero if allowed.
