I ordered a Water ,donut ,and a sandwich. I received the water and the donut but not the sandwich. We waited for nearly 15 minutes before asking what was going on since my friend had also ordered a sandwich(ordered separately), and received it almost immediately. Only to have the employees say that they had already bagged it. I also overheard them saying that they had bagged it with other sandwiches, which means they gave the order to the wrong person. instead of admitting an honest mistake, had me sit there and wait even longer. We asked again if we were going to get the sandwich and only then did they decide to actually remake it. After receiving the sandwich, there was no apology for the wait time or the mistakes that were made. My friends matcha latte was also not properly mixed so there were just chunks of matcha.

Duncan used to be so much better. Glazed donuts from the fridge is what I got. Server’s are a good. atmosphere? It’s a gas station….they may have better donuts inside there tho.

Was publicly cussed out by an employee after I patently waited 15 mins. She only helped 3 people and one in the drive thru. Then cussed me and told me to f’ing leave. If she can’t handle the pressure get a new job. It’s coffee not rocket science.

The employees were fighting in the back and messed up my order. I did not feel comfortable there so we left as soon as we got everything. Thinking we were just stopping on our way through to get coffee and breakfast turned into an emotional roller-coaster. Will not be going back here.

Every single time I come to this location, my order either can’t be taken correctly or the people taking my order are rude as all get out. It seems everyone at this location hates their job. They’re always hiring and it’s no wonder; who would want to work in such a negative environment? Once I ordered online and when I approached the drive thru, the woman just held my drink out the window until I pull up to grab it. Another time, I ordered and they just added whipped cream and caramel to my order and when I was looking at it, they asked “is it wrong?” And I simply replied “well I didn’t ask for whipped cream or caramel. It’s fine, I just wanna make sure this is my coffee.” The employee then replied “it’s yours.” Well there wasn’t a name or sticker with the ingredients so who knows if it was mine. Today it just seemed to be the biggest inconvenience that I arrived “too soon” after my order was placed and that I had to come inside instead of being at drive thru like my order said. Apologies I couldn’t get in line because the drive thru is trash. Won’t be using this location anymore. Such a disappointment.

Got 2 muffins and a coffee, had to repeat the order 6 or 7 times at the machine and at the window. The muffins weren’t even cooked all the way through (great since one was for a child), still had uncooked batter in the middle, and the coffee was colder and incorrect after all the times repeating. Was not given a receipt or spoken to outside of being asked what it was I wanted over and over.

It’s hard to imagine what i just witnessed here. Employees running all over each other no coordination. Emotional breakdowns. Fixing the wrong drinks or forgetting orders all together. The front register guy seemed lost. The long-haired employee was about to go cry in a corner. There was no management at all. No system at all, just 2 chickens running around with their heads cut off and a cook trying his best. The drinks were all messed up and took way too long after reminding them of the orders they had taken. Choose the other dickson location over this one. Way more organization at the other.
