I ordered a large cappuccino and this is what I received. Called 3 times in which the first two calls were ignored.. when I was finally answered, I asked to speak to a manager and I was told “I’m sorry we’re all fairly new, and there isn’t a manager on duty, call back tomorrow.” and was hung up on. Highly disappointed and poor customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY. Apparently it’s okay to leave your customer waiting 20 minutes for food, put a new person on the drive-thru, have 2 employees walk off when one of them was taking my order, and when I address it, I am then told I’m being rude because I asked her to have someone make my kids food (bc no one was making orders & we just kept getting pushed aside), only have 4 people working, 2 of them New, drive-thru backed up into the street, lobby packed and yet the shift manager is doing the easiest job. Um No! She also was picking on her customers when they said something wrong or didn’t know how to say a drink. If this is your Image of a Manager then Dunkin I feel sorry for you.
