This location is absolutely terrible. They never have any of the most popular donuts. How hard is it to get a few donuts with some chocolate glaze over top? Or some of the other signature donuts that are not the disgusting chocolate cake donuts that they are trying to push on everyone?

The store is usually filthy, doughnuts are never glazed or iced properly. Your lucky if you get 3 out of a dozen that aren’t stale or from the previous days before. Looking around it doesn’t look sanitary behind the counters at all. Please hire a more competent management…from top to bottom.

Worst Donut place around. They never have anything except regular glazed. They never have the donuts that are ordered and are always “out.” You can go order a coffee, go back 30 minutes later and order the same thing and it will taste like a completely different drink. Do not go here unless you’re desperate for coffee and can’t make your own or if you want a regular glazed donut.

If I could give this location 10 stars, I would. I absolutely love Dunkin coffee, so when I’m near a Dunkin, I’m stopping in. My first time here, and the staff here is not only friendly but love their job. They were cutting up with customers and each other. That’s something you don’t always get in food service, so it was really nice to see that. I highly recommend this location. Some great people work here.

Had to order twice via Door Dash. First order left off all of my donuts so reordered again with Door Dash and second order was freezing cold and did not get ONE single donut correct that we ordered. They also NEVER answer the phone when you call. Probably because they know it’s unhappy customers calling.

My was incorrect in the drive thru. I went inside for the correction and the entire staff from management on down apologized and went beyond expectations to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate the professionalism and great customer service.❤️

Employees were very lethargic, impossible to understand vocabulary, and rude. The facility is very unclean. So much in fact, that you can still smell and taste it in the food after leaving the restaurant. This is not a typical Dunkin establishment. My recommendation is to patron a different business.

This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful location ever. I went through the drive thru to get a coffee and sandwich, but as usual they were out of something. They ask for me to pull up to the front so I asked for a refund, the girl was like it’d be only 5 seconds and some girl with a rag on her head said” bc you’re up my drive thru time could you park up front and someone would bring it out.” I asked again for a refund bc i didn’t have time to wait. Then my avocado sandwich appears, but its half done. If id had more time Id waited on my refund. The attitude of these employees is beyond disgusting. I wish we had a Starbucks there instead. This location needs better management and staff.

So I go to this dunks every Saturday and Sunday and never had a problem like Tamica gave me. She was rude and disrespectful. Told her I needed expresso and coconut milk and she said “it’s all good ,you good” now I will find another dunks to get my weekend coffee
