I’m not usually one to come on here and leave reviews but this is the 2nd time I mobile ordered through the app just for the store to be closed when I got there, I get staffing issues are a thing but atleast update the app when you are closed. (Both times this happened was mid-day) thankfully the location on Ross Clark Circle near McD’s complied and made my drink both times this happened or I would’ve wasted $6.

I ordered two drinks that was made wrong. I came by to Dunkin and told them they tasted funny. Some lady I guess the manager was like she was having a bad day and blaming the new person and She was rude to me and was being rude to the other employee. The manager or whoever she is needs training herself on how to be professional.

There was only one worker was all alone jumping between drive through, front counter, and sandwiches, I think his name was deshaun, and he was so nice. I would be so upset to be working alone stressed like that. Hopefully you get better staffed soon so your workers aren’t having to do 4 peoples job.

I was not pleased with Dunkin this morning. I got a carmel frappe, a mocha frappe, and a cold brew. The frappes were awful! Watery, no flavor at all and apparently the manager, i assume she was anyway, was in a bad mood. The lady working the window was very nice although the manager even had attitude towards her.

I don’t know what’s happening to your tea but I’ve gotten bad tasting tea from yall 4 times within a month. Had to pour it out and go to another Dunkin and get some. It tastes like its been sitting awhile or maybe the container needs cleaned out ( taste old) never had a problem til they got new employees. Please take care of this problem because I like going to this Dunkin!

Always out of stock, takes forever to get the order after they make you pull forward. Be prepared to wait if you happen to order food, couldn’t even refund my money this morning because they were again out of croissants and i ordered online, told me to come back tomorrow for my food. I ordered online to avoid waiting. Some of the staff are nice, thats the only thing they got going for them.

This young lady charged me almost $5 for a small ice coffee before she actually could put it in the system, they messed up someone else order and because she was on a timer or something her supervisor told her to just charge me what was on the computer. They was not professional and they will loose customers over charging them and not having the proper training. I been a dunkin customer all over the states for year, today they will loose me as a customer.
