Come in here the place is nasty , no toilet paper in the bathroom, including food is dry and terrible. There is one employee that is nice but the females are lazy and worry more about their phones. I literally watched one female run to her phone and the lobby was horrible one table had poop or chocolate smeared all over it, crumbs all over the floor no wonder they are hiring. Hopefully they hire the right people next time actual workers not teenagers that worry about their cell phones

I have been very disappointed in this location lately. The donuts are never fresh. I went and got munchkins this morning and they tasted awful. You could tell they were days old and been refrigerated. So many donut stores around Birmingham area that have fresh donuts made daily.

I stopped to get coffee and went inside. I stood at the counter and waited while 3 people worked the drive thru. A bell went off when I entered. After a few minutes when no one came over, I left. It is bad enough that the donuts are stale, but now their customer service is terrible. I had the same terrible service at the other DD on 280. I’m taking my business to Heavenly Donuts. The donuts are very fresh. Shame because I love the coffee.

I was a regular at this location. Two separate times I ordered on the app and arrived to the store to find the inside closed. Everyone was forced through the long and slow drive through. The first time I left so I wouldn’t be late to work and lost the money I spent on the app. The second time I waited. When I voiced my concern about not being able to cancel an app order the man at the window was extremely RUDE. He was argumentative and dismissive of my concerns. I will NEVER return to this location again!!! There are plenty of other options in town that I’m sure will appreciate my business. Don’t waste your money at this location.

We have been visiting here from out of state all week and made a Dunkin run each morning. The staff has been pleasant and efficient every day and the young man at the window this morning was all smiles. And as usual, the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were delicious! Thank you!

They are under staffed, slow and rude, we ordered a mobile pick up order and had to wait in the regular drive through causing us to be late to work. When I asked why I couldn’t cancel on the app I was yelled at by the owner. All I’m saying is that you should be able to cancel your order through the mobile app. Food was ok but it’s dunkin so not much to expect. But this has happened to me two times already. I expected a little bit better customer service. Don’t go to this dunkin, there are plenty more around town.
