Got a large latte this morning that was fantastic .. ordered another (Large Latte) this afternoon and sent my mother in law to pick up and she brought me home a medium that isn’t even full. I honestly think a manager needs to be up front at all times checking EVERYTHING before it is served. This actually happens often. I order daily and there is literally TWO employees that actually make the drinks right. They days they are not there my drink is never right and never full.

Had a pickup order for 12 dozen, custom. Not only were all the donuts UPSIDE DOWN in the box with chocolate smeared on the outside of it, but the entire order was wrong. I didn’t realize this until I opened the box about 10 minutes after pickup. Not one single person told me the order would be different or that any donuts were “out of stock”. Literally the worst start ever to my birthday today. They did offer a refund, but I could care less about that. What ever happened to BASIC HUMAN DIGNITY???? I will no longer support this location.

Boy oh boy this place. Went here Sunday Fathers day maybe 830am. You would think on somewhat of a holiday they would have items in stock especially oh I don’t know, donuts. So I wanted 8 apple fritters of course they only have 4. Then ordered a dozen assorted donuts. I get to the window to be told go park in the front to wait. Does it really take that long to put a dozen donuts in a box? So this person comes out and already I see icing all over the front of the box, not a good sign. I get to my parents house and look at these pathetic donuts. What a joke. There were only 2 different kinds of donuts in the entire “assorted” dozen box and zero cream filled or jelly, none of that just plain donuts. The apple fritters are even more hilarious. There may have been a thimble full of apple filling in these. 98% just bread. I mean donuts are what you guys do right? Charge 20 more cents and put filling in the dang thing. Will not be going back.

I ordered a decaf icecoffee with 1 Splenda and heavy cream, a sugar free ice coffee with light ice and 3 Splendas and a Boston cream donut and a chocolate cream filled and did not get either donut. They just threw 2 chocolate donuts in and both coffees were very bitter and were wrong. I have come by everyday to get coffee and loved it until today! I expect a full refund of $10.43 today. Or better coffee and donuts tomorrow!

Today we were out visiting garage sales and my wife saw the Dunkin donut place and decided she had to have some munchkins. She got 12 cake munchkins (doughnut holes – six chocolates and six regular) and I ordered two regular glazed donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts always good and my wife said the service was friendly and quick.

I’m here because I’ve been witnessing some disturbing things from the Store Manager Ms. Danielle. My daughter started working at the location on the 17th of July. Employees paid day is on a Wednesday. So of course she wasn’t due a check that following Wednesday.. FINE no problem. Now we’re on the next payday roll. She worked everyday except for 2 days one of those days she left earlier due to “ not feeling good”. Ask the manager she said OK. Well when she first applied she told the manager she was pregnant and in her 1st trimester. Meaning morning sickness…. Well when ( employee) came back to work she was IMMEDIATELY turned around saying that The manager told her that she ( The Manager) told a employee to contact her to tell her she was no longer needed. Well no one. Alex. So once the manager heard the employee say they were going to file a discrimination case against the store. All of a sudden she’s BACK hired and with that she has been treated like dirt under the bottom of this managers shoe. Wednesday check comes and it was $160.00 smh bought the ticket stubs to the manager’s attention and she STILL acted like SO WHAT. The money will be on the next check Well the next check is today Remind you the employee worked EVERYDAY LAST WEEK and today check was $ 15.63 smh asked for corporate Danielle will not let her have the number nor will she let her talk to someone above her. Danielle is a low down person and she act like if you go against her and you’re right. She will take money YOUR HARD EARNED money from you. I bet her check be more than $15.63 and she never there when I come get coffee. Dunkin about to get into trouble behind Ms. Danielle taking money from employees. Like they can’t count of something. With her NASTY ATTITUDE! That’s WHO NEEDS TO BE REPLACE BAD BUSINESS

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN . the conditions are horrible, the employees are slow and lack so much etiquette. I stood waiting for 30 minutes for an ice cream scoop when there wasn’t even a line. The employees prioritize socialization over work drive. Do not go to this dunkin.

Ether get employees that want to work or just close the location……it’s a huge inconvenience to the area. The employees here are literally worst. Then even asked if I wanted cream in my latte. I’m don’t think the employees even know the difference between expresso and coffee. Or what a latte even is. Buy yet you choose to work at a coffee place.

75% of the time i come to get some ice cream they are always sold out of my favorite praline and cream it’s been like this all year, if I was a manager or store owner I would double my order so that we wouldn’t run out of ice cream every week.
