They are robbing people. I ordered the taco because on the menu it shows two tacos and they looked good. Paid 4 dollars for a single miniature taco that was barely two bites. Will never return to anther Dunkin’ in my life.

Not my best Dunkin experience. I was leaving for a work trip and stopped at the Shell station for fuel. Dunkin is in an adjacent sweet. I thought it would be quick fast and in a hurry. It was everything but. The staff was friendly but seemed super distracted. It took way longer to get a large frozen coffee than it normal. Should I say it took way longer to get a frozen coffee than at any of the other Dunkin locations I’ve been to. The drink had way too much ice in it and tasted more of creamer than any caramel frozen coffee I’ve previously purchased.

The sandwich we got was perfect! Every time I get this sandwich at a different dunkin, something is always wrong. Today, both my daughter and I got the sweet pepper bacon sandwich and it was like a drunk person getting the food they were craving! Lol. They were perfect, thank you!!

I have never NOT been disappointed in my visit here. Today was the fifth and final time. I don’t think Dunkin’ knows what it is as a company, and when that trickles down to the individual level, it results in a terrible experience. The cleanliness and organization of the store is suspect… but you can remain blissfully ignorant if you just go through the drive-thru. The donuts have been stale and dry, and the selection severely lacking (and always mislabeled). The menu screens glitched out and turned off while I was using them to order. The coffee is plainly terrible… calling iced coffee “cold brew” just because it makes more sales is terrible business practice, and I suspect this time they just took hot coffee and poured it on ice. It’s time to remove this location and replace it with a mom and pop shop that cares about their product and their customer.

Ordered through DoorDash for delivery to children’s hospital, half of the order was not delivered. I called the store, the amazingly wonderful guy that answered the phone offered to bring our order to us. He did NOT have to do that! I only found out he was the manager when he delivered it. What AMAZING customer service! Definitely will recommend their store. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making my daughter’s days !!
