Since new management took over a few months ago, the place can’t seem to figure it out. Slow service, cannot manage the Dunkin App – I make sure to order well in advance because of how slow they are. Twice I’ve gone in after 20 minutes and not only was my order not ready, they claimed there was no ticket for me. The next time I tried just ordering inside. I stood there for 5 minutes, plenty of staff looked at me, but no one came to take my order. I just left because who knows how long I would’ve waited for my coffee after I actually was able to order. I’m sympathetic to understaffed places, but this place is far from understaffed. Plenty of staff every time I go in.

Tables were unwiped young man that works there left his stinky shoes wafting on the chair under the table the whole time we were there.. Someone yelled at him in front of us as we were leaving for it in front of the whole 12 plus of us.. Guys behind the counter threw out the N word at each other atleast 5 times in the hour or so we were there visiting with one another. I found that very offensive but they gave good service with making the coffee cinnamon rolls and tater tots were great..

Desperately need some help. The staff were completely overwhelmed. Cars left the drive through after waiting for so long. We were inside and there was only one customer ahead of us. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked when our food would be ready. Finally got the food but was missing two of our drinks. After 10 more minutes I went back and asked for our last drink and she said “oh I done been called that.” It was sitting in the mobile order section, melting. I said “I didn’t place a mobile order so I didn’t want to take another person’s order” She just looked at me.

New Dunkin’ location – extremely clean, bright. Counter staff were friendly & efficient. Good coffee (as always) and excellent large blueberry muffin! (This visit was particularly welcome, after an unsettling night in a seedy hotel.)

I should have known what I was getting myself unto when I pulled in and there we’re no customers in the lobby and no one in the drive through. It took them 4-5 minutes for a medium-sized coffee with sugar and cream. When I took my first sip it tasted like it was brewed yesterday. This was my first time to dunkin. There will not be a second.

These people stole almost $30 from the app when I ordered in advance. Their inside doors were locked and the drive thru wasn’t moving. After 20 minutes we had to leave. I was able to go in a couple days later and they told me they have nothing to do with the app and they wouldn’t have gotten that order anyway. Um… what?? My money was never refunded since they “couldn’t do anything about that”.
