I went to Dunkin Donuts as a favor to a coworker and decided to try a breakfast item since I was there. It was some sort of breakfast taco. When I opened the bag, which I realized felt almost empty, it was the tiniest taco I’ve ever seen. I will NEVER spend my money at Dunkin Donuts again. I wish I had taken a picture at the time.

I ordered 6 donuts with chocolate icing and sprinkles and when they arrived, they were unglazed bland plain donuts with a bag of icing and sprinkles so that I could make them myself! They tasted GROSS without the glaze and I want my money back but the store won’t answer the phone. So I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow when I can go up to the store myself. I will likely never revisit this location ever again.

I’d like to commend the entire staff of the morning and lunchtime staff. My youngest son turned 16 today and wanted Dunkin’ for just him and me. I got up early and brought his gift and asked the morning staff to have it behind the counter for when we came in and they joyfully agreed, then teenagers do what they do and it was nearly noon before we got there and there had been a full shift change . These guys had me all set and had communicated with each other and knew exactly what to do as soon as I whispered about the gift! It went perfectly. Thank you so much. I don’t care what the snotty person said about their “interesting” appearances. These kids have it together – they just have different styles like every new generation does. Thanks a bunch folks! It was a great birthday.

Very friendly customer service.But this is outrageous to pay over $15 for 4 donuts,a sweet tea, and a chi latte. And the donuts are thrown in a bag. If I’m paying that much I don’t want to get chocolate all over my hand from getting it out of a bag. Dunkin Donuts do better.

If you’re only going to give people 6 old hash browns, I feel like that should come with a warning. My sick kid just wanted a doughnut and hasbrowns, and this was definitely a huge disappointment and waste of money. Even the doughnuts seem old and dried up. What a waste.

Coffee was amazing, the girl working the drive thru was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a smile. I asked if I could have some peach in my caramel latte, she told me that they didn’t have a peach pump but offered to put peach refresher instead. I didn’t notice the place being dirty at all.

4 tiny strips of ‘snack bacon’ that is cold and floppy is displeasing. Everyone has their preference of how bacon is properly cooked, but I am under the impression that DD has a uniform protocol for how the bacon is to be cooked, and this is the only location that cooks it ‘floppy’ vs slightly crunchy.
