Extremely horrible customer service. I came in Friday and the two women who were working there were arguing and yelling at each other. I received a leaking cup, so I went to ask for a new one. I stood there waiting for help as they continued to argue at each other, before slamming a cup on the couter in front of me. They both should be fired immediately, does not reflect good customer service. Unprofessional. Also very dirty, and boring interior.

I don’t like to give negative ratings but this is the worst Dunkin location I have visited. My iced coffee was terrible. The staff were more concerned with each other than customers. One girl, I think her name was Megan, kept joking with her co-worker and playing around while ignoring customers. I saw Megan sneeze into her hand, then she grabbed donuts without a glove. She could have at least washed her hands. The entire staff seemed rather nasty and could care less about customers. The dining area had sticky floors and tables were dirty. I’ll never be back to this location. I threw my iced coffee away after seeing how the place was ran, it was poorly made so I didnt think twice before chucking it. The staff were so rude I didnt bother notifying them of the bad iced coffee. This place is ran by nasty people, doing nasty things in a nasty restaurant. And if Megan is working just walk away!!! Better yet, just STAY AWAY!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! THERE’S ANOTHER DUNKIN NOT FAR FROM THIS LOCATION THAT IS MUCH BETTER!!!!!

The chick working 5/18/2023 at 6PM tells us “machines are already being cleaned for the night” so couldn’t make us anything we ordered. Ummmm ur open til 8 so how are u “cleaning the machines” at 6PM LOL. Most useless workers at dunkin it’s honestly ridiculous.

The older woman that was managing the store when I visited was AWFUL. Super rude to all of the staff she was managing and when I asked for a bit of extra almond milk she said I’d have to pay for that despite paying for it to be added to the drink in the first place…
