Horrible customer service!!! My coffee wasn’t given to me the exact way I ordered it. I had to get to my destination, and go back to Dunkin Donuts. I explained what happened, and she rolled her eyes at me, didn’t apologize, and handed me the coffee as if I was in the wrong. They need to hire people with customer service, or retrain the ones they have.

I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a medium iced latte with 2 pumps of french vanilla swirl. I received vanilla milk. I couldn’t taste any coffee. I also got an order of hashbrowns. They were so greasy. I didnt even eat them. I am very disappointed.

Incompetent staff. Got two drinks for over $6.00. Ordered a medium iced coffee – got a large frozen coffee and a small Americano- got a large something which was so sweet I tossed it. The top on the large hot drink wasn’t on properly so when I picked it up it spilled all over the inside of my car. Drive past this place!

Employees were so rude. Didn’t fill up my coffee up all the way and when I asked if they could please fill it up (because if I wanted less coffee I would have ordered a small size, to state the obvious) I was met with eye rolls, huffing, and “I think it’s fine, ma’am.” Another employee brought the coffee back to me and rolled her eyes. Cool. Good job, guys! Running a really fine establishment!
