I’m so disgusted with how my coffee taste. I just left the drive through tried to call but phone says out of order and I did not have time to go back. The guy did not use liquid sugar after confirming to me at the window he did when giving me the coffee. Every sip you can taste the sugar pellets and the coffee is watery. I would like a free coffee if I ever return again

I ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese and came out with a little cream cheese . Use to be a lot of cream cheese . the bagel cut in half use to let a gap between with the cream cheese. If you go to Tradition store they will serve a nice and regular bagel with cream cheese .So when I got my bagel with not enough crean cheese I returned and refused to get a refund. Its not fair to increase the price and same time reduce the quality of the product.

The people who took our order were extremely rude, and i did not expect that. They ignored my partner and took orders politely from three people before him. All we got was two avacado toast. People behind us got their order before us. He had to approach the counter to ask if our food was made. They rushed it and the bread was barely toasted

Sat at the drive thru waiting for 5 mins for someone to take my order on 1/25. Then drove up to window to flag down an employee to no avail. Had to go inside only to find Daniel and the rest of the crew leaning on the counter as if they are not working. Poor customer service. Please find better employees ASAP!
