Usually I have a good experience at Dunkin but this time I placed an online order for an iced coffee and a hash brown to pick up in store but when I got there they locked the doors 15 mins early, so they made me a large drink incorrectly, didn’t get the hash browns, had to get out of my car and walk up to the drive-thru in front of the customers car to get my order. Unacceptable.

The service at this dunkin is terrible! The people that work at this location are immature, uneducated, rude, lazy and entitled. Every time I have been there they don’t have any donuts or anything else i try to order and the young rude staff act like it is my fault they don’t have anything. They should either shut this location down or fire everyone and start over. The newer young spanish girl is has the worst attitude and the very visible hickies are so trashy to look at on someone who handles food. Also I’m confused about what time they actually close, the door and internet say 8pm but the door is locked before 8pm often.

Went to get a dozen donuts at 7:30pm, sign on the door said open till 8pm the 2 gentleman just looked and looked away quick. I walked all the way there for nothing. If carry out closes sooner than drive thru they should specify that on google and their signage.

To me this is the best Dunkin around. They don’t ever rush me or make me feel like I’m a problem. They’re also super nice to my kid which means a lot. Whatever these people get paid for the love of god give them a raise.

An employee was literally sitting in one of the chairs, blasting music and rapping aloud with lots of profanity. It was so loud we couldn’t even carry on a conversation. The straw that broke the camels back was when he started vaping inside. I and another patron spoke to a worker, and we were shocked when she pulled him behind the counter and put him right to work handling food when he was clearly high out of his mind. Who knows what he had on his hands.

Dunkin will automatically add their new cream (not good bc it is not real half & half, but chemical substitute) unless U request to add ur own real cream to coffee. Yes they have genuine cream but U have to special request it !

I ordered a large hot hibiscus tea, was given one tea bag. I informed the cashier it should be two bags, she asked someone else to verify and they told her it was only one… I wnt to another dunkin to order the same tea, which two bags came with it. I looked for your store # and I am unable to find it that is why I am writing this review. I want you all to fix this situation with my order.

Workers were extremely friendly. My coffee tasted like milk and sugar, and looked like it too. I ordered the same thing I do at other Dunkins and I have had no issues with my coffee there, so it was disappointing, but I brought it home and doctored it up.
