Stood in line for quite some time. When I got to the speaker to order I waited for 15 min without any acknowledgment so I assumed the speaker wasn’t working properly and pulled around. When I reach the window, I asked if their speaker wasn’t working. The associate looked at me and said no we were just busy. I said oh, I’m sorry I just assumed the speaker wasn’t working because nobody greeted or knowledge to me was there anyway I could place my order. The employee looked at me and said no I can’t do that you’ll have to go back around in line and wait again. I was never ugly nor mean and I think that was utterly ridiculous so I just left. The employee blamed it on management even though there was absolutely no time to ask management. I love Dunkin’ Donuts, and this is my first time at that location. I definitely wont go back there.

Unassuming location almost drove right by it. The staff was super nice and the store was clean. There was no line when we went so everything was made fast. Typical Dunkin’, can’t go wrong here.

Staff is incompetent and should not be allowed to interact with customers. No greeting at all. Staff was on a personal phone call with her ear bud in the whole time. 8/10/23 at 11:30 if management wants to know who to fire. Both employees looked incompetent. Lemonade was wrong had to go back to replace it. Guarantee she is not going to do anything about fixing it.

I ordered a dozen glazed, and the person getting them dropped the box. I would have been okay with this, knowing this was a mistake. But then they glared at me, then went to tell one of their coworkers it was my fault because I ordered so many donuts? Had someone else finish the order for me, but come on. I’ve never been to this location, as I was passing through, but I really hope they aren’t like this with everyone else too.

The last two times I’ve been to this Dunkin I’ve had to listen to employees be berated and talked down to loudly by their management. Makes for an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere. Nobody ever seems to be on the same page. They all seem completely confused about what they should be doing. It’s something my family always discusses as we walk back to the car. I image the employee turnover rate is through the roof.

not coming here again. The guy taking orders in the front was not friendly at all. He told me that they didn’t have caramel, and he kept repeating himself without letting me think of what to get since they don’t have caramel so I ask for a hot latte and he gave me a large cup, and it was only half full The guy look like he hated his job I asked for a bagel they didn’t have bagels either so I ended up leaving with a complete different order from what I wanted.
