When Starbucks opens across the street and as long as it has competent employees this dunkin better start counting days. They are the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Must be hard to profit even with the coffee mark up.

I love finding the good in every establishment and giving good reviews but is just impossible on this one.

Aside from waiting over 10 minutes in the drive thru for 1 iced coffee, this is the second time I’ve used a reward on the app and I was still charged for the item and now the reward is gone. You’d think the owners/management would see all of these negative reviews on here and try to improve their store. Clearly they do not care. I’ve learned my lesson and even though I was on this side of town, going forward I will go out of my way to the other side of town to the other Dunkin.

It seems like every week this location gets worse and worse. Order consistency has never been a strong point at this location but now customer service is slipping as well. The point of mobile ordering is to be able to receive your order quickly. Every time you mobile order, your order is never on the mobile order stand. You have to wait in line on the inside for somebody to acknowledge you, and then they will release your order which they are holding in the back. That is not how mobile ordering was intended to be. When you order mobile for drive-through, they are now telling you that you need to wait in line to tell them you have a mobile order rather than using the paved markings that direct you to go around the line directly to the window. This is a direct contradiction. The staff you’re obviously needs to be retrained. Not sure why the other two locations in this town are able to handle mobile ordering and this location cannot.

I have never felt compelled to leave a review for Dunkin’ ever but I must say that today 7.11 I was impressed with Jorge. He was a kind young man very patient as he corrected our order that was taken incorrectly from the girl.

The worst customer service ever! I waited 30 minutes before their closing time in order to coffees and three donuts, after placing the order, they literally trashed all the donuts as soon as they handed the one I purchased. I waited 25 minutes for my coffee and that was after asking twice, “Was there a problem?” The young man with the man bun who took my order told me he had to clean and that’s why it was taking long. The young lady behind the counter, taking the drive-through orders, was running around, cursing out loud because she had trouble opening the drive-through window. It was a complete mess behind the counter with coffee spills, garbage on the floor and on the counters. The atmosphere and attitude was the worst, and when I asked for their managers number all three employees replied, they do not know it and one of the employees said please don’t complain. We are going to get in trouble. This is clearly poor management and poor training. From my understanding there’s been several complaints on this location, but yet the service has not gotten any better.

Loved the coffee they had on tap. Stopped here randomly for a pick me up and the manager noticed it was my boyfriends birthday and gave him a free drink and donut out of the kindness of her heart. I believe her name was camille, either way to offer good service to us and the other customers was a plus on top of making our drinks correctly.

Honestly I’m disappointed. I spend over $100 a month at this location on coffee and donuts for my staff at work. I also grab myself an iced coffee and a pup cup for my dog. Today they just informed me that pup cups are $1 and I need to pay for it. I can get three pup cups at Starbucks FOR FREE. As a loyal customer for the last two years, you’ve just lost my $100s a month over $1. To Starbucks I go!

I ordered food and drinks for 4 people. When I got to the window it was closed. There was a random bag sitting outside the window on the filthy windowsill. I thought the car infront of my had left their trash. No. That was my food. Left outside, in the sun, bugs, and open air, sitting on a filthy windowsill. When I asked why it was sitting there the lady at the window told me ‘that’s just where they keep orders.’ No. That is unsanitary. They are probably due for a health and safety inspection and I guarantee I will never return.

Wow will not recommend anyone to go to that till Jake Paul (I do not if that is his real name) is employed at that place. Terrible customer service provided by him – twice I told him my order in the drive thru and he did not understand me and told me to go “192 location”, luckily another host took over from him and got my order in 1 attempt. This guy was extremely rude (he was tatooted all over and obnoxious). When I went to pay in second inquired his name – he told me that he would not give it to me and additionally that he was the manager or that place (he had no name tag). He was talking on the cell phone with someone in front of me and told them that I had weapons in the car and I was threatening him a Gun. Additionally he told me to move – otherwise he was going to report to cops that I am trespassing! I felt threatened by this young chap hence I called the cops and additionally complained to the corporate office of his behavior
