I wanted to order from Baskin-Robbins here in Dunkin’ donuts, I ordered a triple scoop on a waffle cone and a double scoop on a regular cone as you’ll see in the pictures the triple scoop was a double scoop and the double scoop was a single scoop for $14 yeah I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever even if they gave me a million dollars stop here at this facility again pure garbage and it’s a shame to the Baskin-Robbins name.

I order mobile order every day 20-30 minutes ahead of time and it’s never ready I literally have to say something to whoever is behind the counter everyday for them to actually make my coffee it’s an everyday thing it sucks that the only Dunkin in town is so inefficient they tell you to order at the kiosk now u have to wait 15 minutes for someone to actually look at the ticket and grab a donut can we get better management more staff better training whatever the problem is

1/24/2023 went to DD inside. Stood for approximately 20 minutes. 4 girls working incl MGR. No one came to counter. 1 girl serving ice cream. Asked to speak with mgr and she stated they were short handed but there were no customers at Drive thru or at donut cou ter. Also had hardly any donuts left. Mgr offered coupons which I gave to a young family sitting eating ice cream. This place is always an ISSUE. Had to drive to u.s.19 DD.

If possible I would give zero got a pumpkin cold brew and it was terrible. Tasted like dirty dish water. You could see right through the coffee it was,so watered down. Just terrible don’t waste your time go to Starbucks at least they make things correct

This Dunkin is neat and clean. The staff has always been friendly and havent ever waited to long for an order. They have a few tables out front to sit at if you just need to chill on your coffee break.

There is no building here! So do not go here thinking your about to get that frozen coffee that you wanted!!

Customer service is nonexistent. Had to order at kiosk after waiting approximately 15 minutes at counter to be told registers weren’t working. Kiosk menu is very disorganized & not current as to what is in stock in the store. It appears employees are just collecting a pay check. They do not care about the customer’s experience at all.
