Absolutely horrible customer service. I do not know how a business can run when it’s only teenagers in the store. They cannot do refunds they can’t hear what you say because the speaker is horrible in the drive thru and they don’t listen. Placed our order got to the window and paid for it. When they handed us the drinks they were wrong and when I said they were not what I ordered I was told that is what I ordered. I said no it’s not then a young girl came out and told me that this is what I ordered and that they can’t be wasting product because I didn’t ordered the item correctly. At which point I became upset. Who treats their customers this way!! I know what I ordered it’s not my fault you can’t put it in the register correctly!! Well I always order thru the app, the store couldn’t help me when I got there there was no order so frantic, I call app support and had to refund me the order then I placed it in the store. Took me almost 30 minutes. NOT stores fault at all . I like this location way more than belleview! I think it’s not fair for their employees to feel helpless in helping a customer fix a situation like mine! Especially when the order was just simply a dozen glazed donuts.

I have been frequenting my neighborhood Dunkin for almost a decade. Today I had the worst experience. My husband was with me in the drive-thru and we placed our order. I was advised to pull up as they needed additional time to prep the order (three drinks) and there were two customers behind us. No problem. we moved up and waited for our order.

We didn’t order food this trip. We were told the holiday drinks were discontinued already but they were still advertised so that was disappointing. I wanted the mocha peppermint latte. So we ordered a simple sweet tea and Mocha frozen coffee. I thought the tea tasted as if it was brewed from the same machine used for coffee but my daughter liked it. Service was fast of course. Drive thru associate was pleasant. Usually pretty happy with Dunkin.
