I got there early enough so I wouldn’t be late for work and it took me 10-15 minutes to even order inside (there was a curious kid at the front of the line)and I left 40 minutes later and 20 minutes late to work with my items. When people after me, also getting blended drinks, got their items and food before and left. food and drinks were amazing tho.

Giving 3 stars because what I ordered all tasted great and the drive thru went quick. My 2 coffees, my sandwich, and donut, all great minus the fact that I go to get my donut, and it’s upside down in the bag with all the frosting stuck to the bag. Would’ve just ordered a glaze donut if that’s how it was gonna be.

This place is one of the worst Dunkin I have visited. I have been to many all over the east coast. Because Dunkin is my go-to place for coffee. But with that being said it was not the worst but up there on my top 10. The coffee is never consistent you never know if you will have the right amount of cream or sugar but rest assured it Won’t be right. The service is slow but for the most part the help is pleasant but they never can get it right. This location shows bad management. Given all the bad reviews with no improvement.

*edited review 9/15* Convient location. The screen on the outside is blurry so it is a little hard to read the menu when ordering. Occasionally drinks are made incorrectly but are usually on par and delicious. Always fast and friendly. *edit portion as well as stars: service has been terrible lately and not efficient. My previous mobile order took forever to be completed, (they had no hot coffee going or started at all yet). I had to wait a long time for them to brew my coffee because they didn’t see it on my order till after everything else was made and cooked. The munchkin box wasn’t even made correctly either. Come today a few days after the last mishap and once again order mobile. The order wasn’t all fully there, realize that, so I go back in, they announce the rest of my order so I grab it. Get home with it just to find out they missed the FIRST sandwich on my order. I tried calling the store to let them know and figure something out so I wasn’t just losing money, but the line goes straight to voice-mail. (Not even a ring, straight to their “leave a message after the beep for…) This location could be great but they really need to get their employees better at handling a fast paced work environment with multiple orders at once.

This place is the absolute worst. They cannot keep help, drive thru line is long and slow. 15 minutes to order, then 10 more to get to window. It’s terrible, absolutely terrible. It’s always like this. I will go to Venice for now on. A dollar cheaper for ice coffee and Expresso and very fast service.

Ordered ahead, food was not ready. Lobby had a water spill and staff could care less even after 3 conversations. Sorted is 1 item had to go back. So not impressed. Will not be back. Had cross ain’t. Wife threw away. Bacon, avocado, tomato sandwich. Horrible. No real bagels had to have stuffed bagel it was ok at best. Best item was coffee thankfully

We travel a lot and love Dunkin’ but this is by far the worst doors locked at 3 and walked threw the drive threw all the coffees we ordered where wrong and the night manger yea he need to learn some respect. Possibly gonna call corporate after my experience and reading the reviews
