Highly unprofessional, Emily or Emmy completely ignored me! A huge Karen vibe. Rather than have a 2 second conversation that the manager had no problem having with me so I can leave quickly. Emily provided absolutely nothing good to this location. I am not from this city but I would suggest a different Dunkin if you are from this city.

Went through the drive thru on a weekday afternoon, there was no wait, my order was taken and ready as soon as fast as they could slide the card. The person working offered to remake my macchiato before I even saw it because the layering didn’t look right to them or something (someone has definitely been ridiculous and yelled at them over this before). My drink was perfect the way it was, and the person working was super nice and fast!
