I have been going to this location at least weekly sometimes more often for the better part of a year. The last several times my order has not been made correctly. This morning I recieved the worst food yet. It tells me that they don’t care about their customers. Some changes need to be made or this store will lose my business.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the employees are not trained and do not know how to make drinks. If you have allergies don’t come here. Ex. If you ask for a decaf latte with almond milk . You will get decaf coffee with cold almond milk topped with whipped cream! After 4th attempt to make a Latte that was still ice cold I gave up. I felt bad for employee because she had no idea and the management didn’t even try and help her.

I’ve come here twice in the last week. The first time was awful, but I figured it was a fluke. I’ve never had a bad Dunkin experience before. Today I came in before work and the hillbilly that took my order was rude over the intercom. I ordered a croissant sandwich and a medium iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. I was handed the drink, it was dark so I just put it in my cup holder. I waited for a few minutes for my sandwich. In this time a guy came up to the window, not in a dunkin uniform and said “what do you want”. I said I was waiting for my sandwich. I heard the hillbilly dude that took my order yell from around the corner “here it is” and the previous guy grabbed it and threw it in a bag and tossed it out the window without a word. No napkins or straw or receipt. Got to work and noticed the coffee was decaf and the sandwich was burnt. I know we all have bad days but dang. Do better with your people Dunkin.

I visit many Dunkins during the week as I drive for a living, but this is the unfortunately close to my home, and I can say for certain that the manager is greatly lacking in customer service. The first incident I chalked up to everyone can have a bad day but this time be took my payment with no greeting then while my coffee just sat there said to his employees oh more people, don’t they have anything better to do on a Friday then walked off, I finally managed to get another person’s attention to get my coffee which was completely wrong also!

We walked in the boy was eating at the register he opened his mouth and food fell out onto the counter then he turned his back to us and just stood like that bopping to the music that was way too loud he never turned back around to greet us or anything so we left. The store was trashy like it was being run by teenage boys with no guidance. Not sure how they have ever passed a health inspection.
