So today I go through the drive thru and realize that I forgot my wallet (ok yeah my fault) and when I came back apparently the cashier charged the car in front of me for my order and then copped an attitude when I refused to pay for her mistake and I used my member offer and she even kept my change. From now on I will be asking for a different employee because why should someone else have to pay for your screw up

Always one of our stops when down in the area. New store and great customer service. They are hiring for team members and seems like a fun place to work. If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered a few croissant stuffers today, and not only were they cold, but they weren’t even cooked inside. They contain pork. This is a serious health code problem. I called them to speak to the manager and the person who was there told me the manager was not present and that they were sorry but the people there were new. Are you kidding me? I could have ended up in the hospital. That was uncooked bacon. That’s not a good enough excuse!

Worst Dunkin!! Coffee has been terrible last 3 times. Never again. Also the man who makes it a practice of grabbing woman’s arms and begging for their bracelets should not be working the drive thru window. I know it wasn’t just me as I witnessed him doing it to a woman in front of my the last visit. At least when you uncomfortably tell him no and to not touch you he’ll remember and give you a disgusted attitude every time you go back.

I love this Dunkin. Everyone is pleasant, hard working, and trying to ensure that all their customers are happy with their orders. There is parking to dine in or run in, but the drive thru is incredibly fast and efficient, I would say I used the drive-thru 75% off the time. The flavors of drinks and varieties of beverages have grown! Including the on tap cold brew. Thanks Crew!!
