The inside of this Dunkin store- # 350352, needs some love. We have been stopping in for the past several days, and nothing changes. The bathroom trash bins are full and overflowing. Seems as though nobody has made an effort to clean up the bathrooms. The garbage can in the lobby, that also serves as the coffee condiment station, has garbage- full and overflowing. It’s obvious, nobody has bothered to sweep or clean the floors. The same crumbs haven’t moved. There is an outside, dusk to Dawn light, that is unlit and is making a buzzing noise so loud, it sounds like it might explode. Who is watching over the overall indoor and outdoor image of this particular store?? Is there a district manager that stops in and makes sure the store is being taken care of? It needs love…..it needs attention, it needs a clean-up! We will continue to patronize this Dunkin as we love the coffee and donuts.

This Dunkin sucks so much. They NEVER have any kind of manners. Every time I go they tend to have “issues” taking card or always say their register “isn’t” working correctly and they prompt you to come inside. It’s ridiculous I try to avoid this Dunkin more than anything but with it being the closest to me I always give them the benefit of the doubt and get upset all over again.

I was trying to describe how I wanted my latte when I was repeatedly interrupted and told that I was ‘confused’ and didn’t know what a latte was?? The whole time I was trying to order the person was rude and condescending, trying to rush me. They also forgot both of my straws, and mockingly said ‘sorry hon’ when I came in to get them. And after all that – the donuts were stale. Never go here if you want to order coffee like a normal person.

Fantastic! The two gentlemen working tonight were so courteous and provided great service! The food was standard but the customer care will bring me back. The ice cream is properly cooked so nice and creamy without ice crystals. The coffee was fresh and the specific request of ingredients followed.

It’s Saturday, 1030am. Drive thru packed, inside store packed. 1 female and 3 males. No one address people in store. Handling cars only. Wait time ridiculous. Over 30 minutes. Unprofessional staff. No one here knows their job or how to multitask. And the product is subpar and sloppy. They need a better crew to represent Dunkins. Because this is ridiculous. Btw I’m writing this while waiting 30 minutes in line after waiting 10 minutes in drive thru.

This Dunkin’s was terrible, there was a new kid on board, and no one was there helping him, he was by himself on his first day not even being trained. We ordered online 45 minutes ahead and our order wasn’t even started when we got there. When our stuff did come out, our food was cold, our drinks were warm with no ice. We didn’t get 3 of our food items. Our coolata was a freeze smoothie, it wasn’t even the right color or texture. I am sitting here eating my bagel, the first one I got was rock hard and the cream cheese was not on the side like I asked for. When I went in to get it changed it wasn’t changed the way I asked 2 times. Bagel is not warm, bagel is not toasted, and the cream cheese still isn’t on the side. Never coming to this dunkins again! For a 50 dollar order that was ordered 45 minutes in advance this was terrible, just trying to get to the beach.

This place was disgustingly filthy, the service sucked, and the doughnuts were dry and old. Plus they were out of some ingredients for my drink and didn’t tell me until after standing there for 15 minutes with no one else in the store.

This Dunkin Donuts used to be so horrible a few months ago! I didn’t even want to come here anymore but thank god for her made me come back and try again I’m so happy I did because I have missed Dunkin but hated my coffee wrong! I’m so glad she gets my French vanilla Iced coffee right with cream and sugar with whipped cream on top right each time! I love my Dunkin
