The customer area was clean. The countertop work area was sloppy and unkept and looked unclean They were out of condiments and could care less, salt & pepper. Not friendly service, either. I won’t be going back again.

Visited this store this morning and it was 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They were out of an ingredient for the sandwiches I ordered, so that had to be modified. They got my order wrong and when I pointed that out, I got an attitude from the team member. I asked for a manager and she was confrontational and rude. They finally corrected my order and the manager practically threw the bag at me and told me not to come back. There is some sort of an issue every time we visit this location. The staff is always extremely rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid an early morning headache. The food is usually poor quality anyway (if they can even get it right) and its just not worth starting your day off like that.

Second time here. First time they didn’t have breakfast sandwiches at 10am!! Second time the girl taking my order didn’t offered my receipt. Confused my donuts order and when she rectified she threw the donut on my bag. My sandwich was ordered with extra bacon. Bacon just wasn’t there and had to return for it. Service sucks!

Since opening, every time I’ve visited this location it’s been horrible! I was in twice this week, on the first day the manger (who was taking orders in the DT) had the worst attitude when I was attempting to place my order, she yelled at ME because when asked if I wanted cream and sugar, I asked for liquid sugar, of which they didn’t have. I also asked for an order of munchkins, which were never rang up. I then paid in cash, and shorted 67cents because they didn’t have change. I heard the girl at the window (who was very sweet) state the car in front of me wanted to speak with a manager, and the manager screamed she didn’t have time to speak with customers.

We love Dunkin’! But unfortunately NOT this location. The employees act like they hate their jobs. They are very impatient and rude. And the drive thru takes forever. Multiple times we’ve given this place a chance and just continuously get poor service.

Ya know when you have been going here just to find out they steal your money and charge extra just to delete it in the system and pocket the money or just to charge you for 3 extra pumps just to get one pump of butter pecan instead of 6. Some of the workers are good some are out for themselves and makes this company look real bad. It’s also not good to steal from an ex gm from Dunkin. We know all the tricks already.

Google should offer 0 star reviews. My family and I were excited to try the new Dunkin, but we were VERY disappointed with the service, coffee/food, and wait time. Coffee was made wrong, asked nicely for it to be remade, but little Spanish girl decided to argue that it was correct when we are the customers, and my nieces coffee was indeed not correct. She then went to “remake” it, but took 15-20 min for the “new” coffee, which in fact it was basically the same. After being frustrated I asked the girl multiple times what her name was, and she REFUSED to tell me her first name. She asked why I wanted her name, and said she is not gonna tell me. Beyond rude, and disappointed. Also the hash browns were burnt. Pretty sad this new beautiful Dunkin is ran by employees that have attitudes or don’t know what they are doing.
