I’ve been really trying to give Dunkin a chance before I posted this, but here it goes: Every time I come to this location, I always order the snackin bacon. Every time I get it at this location, they never actually cook it. It’s soft, greasy, and cold. This is constant in the Orangetree Dunkin.

I went to drive thru . The service was quick. The food tasted bland but that’s corporate fault. They need to take out more tasty food. The coffee is good but you must add syrups or “twist” that they call it. Unless you want it bland as well. I had the breakfast sandwich and honestly it tasted like hospital food. Huge disappointment and it was $6.

The check out guy we had was nice. He asked for help finding the coffee we wanted, and the guy he asked wasn’t active listening. Started asking about our sandwich order. When we said it was about our drink, he responded, i am just trying to help…..no, you weren’t listening and now we have to waste moments of our life because of it. The actual cashier was polite, unlike the giy he asked for help….the tables aren’t regularly cleaned. Parking lot sucks. Whatever person designed that parking lot should be fired.

I have been going to Dunkin my entire life. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts establishment I have ever been to. Dunkin needs to send a quality control specialist to this location to fix their customer service problems. 40 minutes for a sandwich, donut, and two drinks and they could not comprehend what a straw and napkin is.

Difficulties with the English to Spanish transitions here. In the last three times that I’ve ordered a latte, I’ve often, Do they really give me exactly what I ordered? ie… three shots, a large no foam latte? This is Orangetree, not the town of Immokalee. God forbid I have to go to a closer and English speaking Starbucks to get the drink that I want, notwithstanding the quality of the coffee beans.

The only reason I continue to go to this Dunkin is because of location otherwise I wouldn’t go. I go every morning to get my coffee, the service is not the best but they do their job. On two separate occasions my coffee was “soapy”. The first time was 5/21/21, I called the manager to make her aware, she was rude, argumentative and basically called me a liar. I was offered a free coffee but it was more to just shut me up there was never an apology or acknowledgment. Therefor I reached out to corporate and was put into contact with HR but don’t know what happened after that. I would’ve never gone that far if the manager had customer service skills to begin with. Second occasion was today, again the best way to describe my coffee was “soapy”. I was told from a previous Dunkin employee that this can happen if the coffee machines aren’t cleaned out thoroughly when they put whatever cleaner they use through the machine. If they would just sample the coffee after cleaning to make sure it doesn’t look like this that would be great, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for. Photos attached so the manager doesn’t think I’m lying 🙂 It’s frustrating that we finally have a Dunkin’ out here in the Estates and management is ruining it. Very sad because other locations in Naples are amazing.
