I really really really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I work nearby and frequent this place so I thought it would be fair to walk in before work and do a review as if it was my first time. The place is super clean. I was given plenty of time to decide what I wanted. While I waited, I took pictures of the inside building, sure to not take any pictures of patrons or employees. Unfortunately, two of the women working there, putting up signs outside noticed me and were visible annoyed and or alarmed of my behavior…as if they had bever seen some one conduct a review/audit of thier business. The gentleman who served me was super friendly and helpful and Is the main reason for me wanting to make this a 5 star review. As I left, one of the ladies decided to take a picture of my license plate, which is extremely alarming. Read that again. A Dunkin Donuts employee took a photo of my car and license plate even though my interaction with the other employees were super friendly and unconcerning.

Stood in line at the counter for 20 min. Not a long line. Just me, by myself, waiting. They only served the drive through. The workers weren’t in any particular hurry but I blame management for not having a person solely working the register. Once I got my order taken it then took another large amount of waiting. Keep in mind, I was like 1 of 2 people in the restaurant at this point.

Well, this was the most horrible experiences I have had a this establishment. I come to this location often because of the friendly staff that is always on point with my order. Today I came in the afternoon and it was like a different restaurant. I should have left with my son after the older couple in front of me said he (the guy behind the counter) was horrible! My son, which was 8 ordered his doughnuts and the employee got an attitude because he wasn’t quick enough then. After Iwas given my drink I quickly took a sip of it because it did NOT look like a frozen hot chocolate I usually get, it barely had any color to it so I new it did not have enough chocolate in it. I yold the young man and he got an attitude with me and made another one. The new one was exactly the same. I just took it and left. When I got home I put more chocolate in it that was missing. Horrible experience. The young man was very unkept, did not was his hands and acted like he did not want to be there. There were barely any guests in the restaurant or the drive thru. I was very tempted to ask the other young man to make my order. I won’t be back when the afternoon crew is there. The morning crew is good.

I ordered two coffees right before closing and you can tell they literally gave me the complete wrong coffee, then I ordered a macchiato that literally looked like it was nothing but cream with a splash of coffee. I wasted $15 and will never return to this Dunkin. They need to do better, absolutely unacceptable

HIGHLY IRRITATED this morning with this dunkin. As someone who worked at a dunkin for years i don’t understand why it is that this location can’t seem to get anything right. I order hash browns with a LARGE coco mocha signature latte with oat milk and extra mocha. I RECIEVED half frozen hash browns, a MEDIUM mocha latte definitely no oat milk and half filled so basically a small for the price of a large. I was late to work so i didn’t have time to go back in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

went to this dunkin to get breakfast with my family and was met with disgusting employees and manager. we had issues the whole time, orders messed up, customer service was horrible. had to get our whole order refunded and the manager was acting so rude towards us. before and after the manager came over, she was on her phone while the rest of the employees were struggling to work. never go to this dunkin, you will be met with the worst service ever.

Two times were the worst horrible experience ordering cold brew and ice coffee both with extra sugar and cream, but still their taste were like water from a canal or toilet. The old lady who was there barely could walk, she was bent and looked had a surgery. Another staff was a young american male, but without any experience, he told me the cold brew coffee was not tasting well probably because they didn’t make any fresh one during the entire day. Horrible taste and extremely poor customer service. I won’t be there anymore while the franchise keep untrained personnel and offering bad quality product like these I found here at two different occasions.
