Employee “Rebecca” has a very nasty attitude, it makes me uncomfortable to even order a drink or know she is in the process of making my drink. I observed she also makes the other employees uncomfortable in my brief 5 minutes at their drive thru. Doesn’t take much knowledge in human behavior to know when it’s not right. Kudos to the other girls for working with such a bad attitude co worker. People come by to get coffee for JOY or to add JOY to their day. If you not happy at work so much that you need to be miserable to the customers, you need to find another job or fix your attitude. Everything in life is good customer service. Not working with a bad attitude, while you are getting paid by the hour, to deliver customer service. Additionally, I asked for OAT milk and was given regular milk. People have allergies so it is therefore unsafe to have an employee who cannot follow customer order. Thank you

Service has really declined. Every order I had made over the past few weeks has been incorrect. When I state this to the employee, I receive eye rolls and attitude. My visits have definitely become less frequent.

Terrible service. We ordered 2 sandwiches, and they totally forgot about them, we reminded them, then no one did anything about it. When we asked, the guy said “I don’t know who’s making the food,” and then no one did anything. Multiple worker were just standing around. After 25 minutes of no one working on them, we had to get the guy working at the window since he was the only one actually working. No smiles, no I’m sorry. Management needs to train them up and help them learn to work. I’m sure they have potential to be great workers, but it’s very obvious they don’t want to be there.

The last time I was at this Dunkin Donuts was 6 months ago! Service was not good! I chalked it up as not having enough employees!! I decide to stopThere today On the way driving my son into work..omg what a mistake!! THE OWNER SEEN MY FRUSTRATION WAITING 20MINS FOR 2 Sausage, egg & cheese on croissants..She came asked what I was waiting for! Told her. She said be right up another five mins go buy she asked again! Told her the same thing..as I’m watching she has the croissants ready but totally burnt. I asked her if she was going to give those burnt croissants to me! No response! This has to be the worst Dunkin in port charlotte/punta gorda. I don’t go much anymore but had business in that area this week. Two days ago 3 people walked out because the girl walked off the counter to use the restroom. No one covered. This morning 2 people walked out. 4 people In the drive up area, all glancing over but not coming over to help customers. Apparently the counter girl was late, unless she was scheduled for 6:40am. Most of them dont change gloves to get product after handling money. Peek your head over and look at there register screen. It’s pretty disgusting. I know it’s a busy location and help is tight but this can be fixed with the correct manager in the store and proper training. Nobody says hello or thank you. Grunting seems to be the preferred way to communicate.

I wasted 150 points I “paid” for an espresso. Shot in my Caramel Craze signature Latte. Yeah not given. Second I ordered a vanilla filled donut great. It had been punctured 3 times 2 by fingers & 1 by the nozzle that didn’t FILL the dag-gone donut. Do better please. I’m sad about the coffee & the abuse done to my donut.

The female crew member that handled my Mobile Order was exceptionally kind and pleasantly efficient as she cleared up a question I had regarding the Offer I applied to my order… I’m only upset that I didn’t grab her name—I was bold enough to make the nearly 1 mile swampy GAUNTLET on foot and hadn’t quite recovered from what felt like a certified heat stroke when I approached the counter.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Ordered and they mumbled and then got mad at me because I didn’t hear her. I asked for a refund and she said well someone else will have to help you as you are not going to speak to me that way. Horrible customer service-we waited for 5 mind to even be greeted and we knew the employee already had an attitude. Was told her name was Trinia (sp?)
