There’s always something wrong about my order, or they’re always out of half of what I order. It’s usually donuts, muffins, or a miscount that they forget. It’s super hit or miss, and they don’t seem to answer their phone if you happen to notice too late that half of your order is missing.

It’s a coffee shop, so I don’t really have any expectations but I’m not sure if they have a manager, or any training. 8:00 AM and they’re out of breakfast wraps? Not much management going on there. So instead, I get a chicken wrap, absolutely not what I wanted, but beggars can’t be choosers. The first bite burns my mouth and the second bite is cold in the middle. I went inside and they were very kind and make me another one, but obviously I have to take it all the way home now because I need to make sure I have a microwave just in case they didn’t heat it up properly. My bonus want donuts so I stop by the one nearest to us.. big mistake I order bacon and it was freezing cold.. i let the drive thru lady know she offer to remake them ha one they should of came out hot first time. Second I can thru the drive thru so now everyone behind me would if waited. Three I already waited 7 mins in the drive food just to get cold bacon.. but hey at lumpy daughter got her donut and the birds got cold bacon ♀️ ♀️

Terrible. Takes too long to get through the drive through and they get your drink wrong 3/5 times. I suggest reading the order back to the customer to ensure it’s correct. I left home early to make the stop and with only 2 cars ahead of me they still managed to dwindle away 20 minutes of time and get my order wrong.

This place is so hit or miss. The leadership is so poor here. As you can see in the picture, the “on the go” orders just pile up. The red haired girl who is in charge obviously doesn’t care or is oblivious to the paying customers around her. They have 1 person working the lobby who takes orders and prepares the orders, while 5 people are working the drive thru. I understand being short handed, but make adjustments like closing the lobby and keeping the drive thru open. It’s not rocket science! It’s an unorganized mess here and you might as well go down the street to the Daniels location where they take care of their people and they’re friendly too. I’m fed up with this location!

Literally , every time I go to this location, I have a problem I just stopped going to Dunkin overall. I used my app for a free drink with any purchase , and my drink was not free, she charged my drink and food separately so I was charged twice . Smh
