I have been going to this location for years, and I’ve never had issues until recently. It seems like they’re just trying to cut corners. Strawberry refresher taste like water with a hint of strawberry. And I pay two dollars for avocado spread on my bagel and it is literally nothing. They have been very disappointing these past two weeks. I have been getting avocado spread on a bagel for ever, and it is never been this little, not even enough to get on both sides.

used to love coming here everyday but guess they hired some new people and the training isn’t there, I say my order very slowly at the window and usually have to repeat myself to the cashier and they still make the wrong coffee. Not sure if the workers in there just don’t like white people or what the problem is

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve had a terrible experience at this Dunkin location both times I went and maybe I can save someone else. The first time I went inside and had to wait for a wake up wrap as the two employees argued over who should have to make it and then how to make it. I was the only customer in the store.

Today I went to Dunkin and was not pleased with the customer service a man took my order and was very rude to me I was trying to explain what I wanted and he completely didn’t know what I was talking about as Im looking at the menu describing what a croissant was thankfully a nice lady at the window helped me she was very sweet but unfortunately i will not be going back 🙁

You would think the people running the window would be polite or at least try to be polite. They are extremely rude it is evident they hate their job. Do not look for a smile or anyone to say “have a good day” at this location if you go through the drive-through. Management should step in and put someone in the drive-through that actually cares about the customers and maybe some of us will return. In the meantime I will look for a different location
