After being the customer service business myself for 25 years I understand people having a bad day. But I have yet to see anybody working at this location that ever seems to have a good attitude. I just left the driveway and as usual my order was not correct, I get told that they don’t have items that are on the menu and on the website even though they’re available to order there. When I asked them to remedy the issue they always act like it’s a problem, like I’m taking some amount of time out of their day but they seem to forget that they are at work right now. I guess I won’t waste my time even attempting to go here anymore and I’ll just take my money to McDonald’s because not only is it more affordable on the app but at least they can’t screw

This location’s customer service is horrible. They “run out” of chocolate ice cream saying they don’t sell very much of it so they don’t keep much on hand. There’s no way you’re going to convince me that an ICE CREAM shop doesn’t sell very much chocolate. Whoever is taking orders in the drive thru always has an attitude. I definitely don’t recommend going to this specific location. Find another near where you are but avoid the east bay location at all cost.

I am happy to report that any issues Dunkin had with staffing seemed to have been resolved. The car line did not take 20 minutes like in the past. My iced caramel macchiato was tasty as was the sausage egg and cheese croissant.

Disappointing ☹️. Took the time to come to store the day before to make a specific order of Donuts for my son’s birthday. Paid in advanced and was told to come at 7 am. Just stopped by to pick them up and they did not even have one Donut of the flavor we asked for.

The food and drinks always taste great and are made correct…. But if you gotta be somewhere on time like work don’t waste your time with this Dunkin’. They are slow as hell and have poor staffing(not enough in the store at a time). Even placing orders ahead of time won’t help. They are unbelievably slow here and will make you late to work/apts

This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from this store and not been pleased. My Bacon was limp and they left out a coffee roll. I tried to call the store to complain and got no answer and no answering machine. I recommend that you choose a different location to order from. This one just doesn’t care about its customers.
