Our whole floor placed an order and every single item was terrible. The iced tea is always spoiled. The coffee tasted like the creamer went bad and the food was all burnt. Some of the workers are nice, that’s the only good thing I can say about this location.

Fantastic customer service! The three times I have purchased coffee from here, I have been greeted with such kindness. Sue, who recently helped me with my order, went above and beyond to answer my questions about a certain drink. She was extremely pleasant, which was a breath of fresh air. I was having a hard time because my father-in-law was in the hospital and she truly was kind. The only thing I would recommend is having an option to tip when using your charge card. Honestly, this is the 1st time I have not seen that option at a coffee shop. Seeing I was unable to show my gratitude by tipping it was important for me to let you know how great she was. You have a phenomenal worker on your hands! 5 stars because of how great Sue was.

I tried to call this location but the number goes to a deaf interpreter. They were pretty busy this morning and I appreciate what they do. However my sandwich was burnt and the donuts were tossed upside down in a bag and all the icing was therefor on the bag and not the donuts. The girl who took my order seemed to rush me m, though I was waiting for a fee minutes before she took my order. When I went to the window she said not a word to me except for “here” to give my card back. When she brought me my food, she just dropped it to me and walked away without a word. It took me a few seconds to realize I had everything and could go.
