i read the bad reviews and ignored them and even used the app to make a mobile order, but they messed up the entire order. We didn’t get a single item correctly prepared. We also had to ask for the cold foam we paid for, which they nicely added…but like it was a mobile order so i am not sure where the confusion was. We also didn’t get the correct sandwiches, but that was less surprising. Dine at your own risk lol

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. It’s obvious they don’t have the staff to handle drive thru and customers inside. Waiting 35-40mins just to move two car lengths is utterly ridiculous.

Great donuts! Staff is alright, I wouldn’t say they go out of their way to be nice, but they were fine. Very busy around 9:30, so avoid if you can at that time

Horrible. They ran out of bacon i asked to subsitue for ham the worker said ill get what i ordered and litterally paid 20 bucks for a tortilla with cheese and egg. Horrible customer service. The cashier was very friendly and nice though.

Coffee was okay, donuts were nice, place was quite dirty inside and the service was mediocre at best. Some random guy sitting outside smoking, playing guitar and then coming in to take out the trash was a peculiar set up

The staff at this location is awful. Attitudes and just flat out rude. It’s not hard to greet a guest when they approach the register to order food. It’s not hard to say hello, would you like anything else, or thank you.

Kitchen closed, no munchkins and only 3 donuts left at 5:15pm on a Friday when you are open until 9pm? Also got charged incorrectly for my 2 coffees. Poorly mismanaged and understaffed.
