I started going to this location about a few months ago, and I liked it overall; however, I noticed that every time I order hash browns, it either tastes old or they are very cold. I recently ordered hash browns, today actually, and the hash browns I ordered were burned to the crisp! Is this a joke? Stop by to grab cup of frozen pumpkin coffee. They made it with pouring Sugar syrup directly with out measuring, which is extremely sweet. Whoever made didn’t follow instructions, he just pour the syrup. I told it’s too sweet and told him by mistake you added so much syrup, instead replacing he argued saying recipe itself is like that. If anyone complete that coffee, end up in emergency room. It was like adding 25 to 30 sugar packets in one cup of coffee or it’s like directly drinking sugar syrup.

It is a one man army show!! He has to manage the drive thru and he has to manage the counter sales as well. But not much crowd on the counter, otherwise waiting timing would be more.. Not sure, it could be because of the time, we reached around 7 pm… But the guy, who served was polite and friendly.. looks to us that the stock are not moving fast … we did not feel the taste of fresh donuts..

The past 2 weeks I have frequented this Dunkin to get a frozen coffee on numerous occasions. One day their machine is working and the next day it’s not, but later it is. Everytime it’s not working the kid that works there is sitting out back smoking, on the phone, or hanging with someone else. It’s like he is bothered by having to work. I get that he wants to hang out etc but it’s like I’m bothering him everytime I go. If he doesnt know how to make it he can be honest i would understand, it just seems weird that it never works when he is working. It’s to the point where I am just going to go to the other one, this way he can do whatever and I won’t interrupt his day.

The pumpkin latte was okay. It didn’t thrill me. I LOVE sweet and I love pumpkin flavor. The toppings were good and I could taste the pumpkin; but together, it didn’t work. The whipped topping and caramel drizzle cooled my drink way to early, and a spoon would have helped me to consume the two textures more harmoniously (which I had to search in my car for). I think a heated caramel-flavored foam creamer would make for a better pairing. Create that and I’ll be back to try it!

Always disappointed with this location. When the girl read back my order i realized she was missing something i asked for, retold her my order again, & IT STILL WAS WRONG. There employees do not pay attention at all. If you want your order to constantly be wrong just come to this location. I’m sick of them!!
