Waited 14 min just for my order to be placed, the people in front of me waited longer. Waited another ten min for my food just for it to be cold, meanwhile all the cars that went through the drive thru were in and out. I don’t mind when a place is busy, but if the employees have time to stand around in the back and laugh and have a good time, then they should be doing their jobs instead. Not impressed.

Unfortunately this was the last time I visit this particular store. I go to this Dunk’n almost every morning because its the only one near me. No matter how busy or how slow the drive thru is, they take forever in the lobby. They usually have 6-7 people working from what I see and not 1 is ever paying attention to the register area. They all are in the drive thru. People have to get to work, someone should ALWAYS be at the register.

Came here for some after work donuts only to find out 95% of the donuts sold out by 10:30am, per the store. I didn’t receive a receipt so I’m unable to display a name. I waited at the register for about 1.5 minutes before noticed. While ordering the cashier was busy listening to talking to other crew members and my order was incorrect. I ordered 8 glazed minis and 2 chocolate but received 8 chocolate and 2 glazed. So, I had to go back in and have the ordered corrected.

I understand that they are busy in the mornings I made a mobile order around 729 I went inside around 730 placed an in-store order as well that was fulfilled within minutes, so I waited for my mobile order they were busy so I didn’t try to flag anybody down because other people who flagged the workers down caught some attitude. I did not want to deal with it so I waited. Around 8 o’clock. My coffee was on the mobile order rack but my donuts were not so I waited. I did not say anything they were busy and obviously stressed may be a little bit irritated, but my donuts never showed up so around 810 I mentioned my donuts to an obviously stressed out worker they got me the munchkins no problem but no acknowledgment to how long it took them to fulfill the order again I understand they’re busy but the whole point of mobile watering is to get it a little bit quicker or faster and there shouldn’t be so much attitude when people start to ask about their orders I just wanna go back to this location. They were busy that’s not the problem. The customer service could’ve been a bit better.

I go to this location everymorning for a total of 3$-20$ each visit. Constantly my coffee either tastes weak/watered down. Or is not of an appropriate temperature, my coffee this morning tastes weird as hell. I’m throwing it away. Waste of $.

These rat faced people had a beverage advertised a drink for $2.69. Didn’t realized I was charged for a dollar extra. When I went back to get the difference back they told me they don’t have a way to give me my money back and it’s only a dollar.

I go here all the time, They serve very well i mostly order ice coffee French vanilla with sugar and cream but the other day i had 2 scoops of oreo ice cream, its a good dessert. I like the outside seat because sometimes its too cold inside
