I am so disgusted by the coffee I received this morning. I drank half of my iced latte before realizing there was something in the cup of my coffee that didn’t look right. I don’t know what this is, but all I know is this is extremely unsanitary and I will not be coming back here in the future again. I wouldn’t not recommend coming here.

August 15th 7:30pm. I live right by this Dunkin and get a coffee on the way to work all the time. Usually the staff is professional if not nice. I’m surprised at what happened today. Making the wrong coffee, that wasn’t ordered, is no big deal but telling me you can’t remake the right one and will now have to add flavor to this one I already have is not okay because it wasn’t the one I ordered in the first place. I was told my lipstick is on the cup so they will have to add the flavor in this one because I already drank out of it. Its a full cup, yes I took a sip but if I didn’t how would I know its not the right latte? The employee claimed to be the team lead and said her manager was not there. She continued to argue to not give me the right latte at the window, slammed the window and then came back to quietly hand me the right latte remade, slams the window again. I parked the car and went in just to ask for my receipt and the employee’s name so I could do a survey. She called her manager and handed the phone to me. I told the manager I didn’t request to speak to the manager and only wanted to do a survey with her name and wanted my receipt. The employee kept cutting me off denying she said any of what was really said about not remaking the right latte and denied she said anything about my lipstick being on the cup and said NO you DID request to speak to the manager when I really didn’t after I found out they’re not in the store. All I walked in for was a receipt for a survey. The manager added, we can not take your drink back because its a health code violation so we HAVE to make you a new one. I said I agree thats exactly what I wanted in the first place but the employee again cut me off saying no thats what happened you were handing me your cup to put flavor in. The manager kept telling me to talk to her and not the employee but how can I do that when the employee is holding the phone behind the counter and also cutting me off when I try to say anything at all? The manager then threatened to call the cops if I don’t leave. I respectfully walked out because I didn’t want to talk to the manager in the first place. Anything that was said by the employee was denied by her making it look like I was lying. I really hope security cameras are pulled and the management is able to hear audio as well. If they are able to see this I request for the audio to be pulled so they can see I wasn’t unreasonable one bit. I was humiliated over a 3 dollar cup of coffee shame on the employee for being rude and then denying everything that was said. It was a lean black girl that I haven’t seen at the store before and couldn’t get a name or my receipt back to do a survey so I had to resort to google.

Made the wrong coffee entirely than what was ordered and refused to remake it saying thats what the manager has advised her. Rude employee at the window argued over not making the latte and slammed the window.

I pulled up and there was one car in the drive thru. Sat there and waited for a while and no one was ordering anything. Went inside and there were 3 employees. One girl was helping a couple, another girl seemed to be making drinks for the drive thru order (I guess they finally got their order taken) and the guy working the drive thru was just standing there looking pretty. No one acknowledged me or said we will be with you in a min. They just looked at me and kept on doing whatever. That’s fine, I left. The donuts are gross anyways.

Worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Coffee was half full. Ruben was extremely unhelpful and acted as if he was so bothered by actually having to deal with customers. And actually had to be told how to do his job and he still didnt do it right and went to the back before completing our order and just stood there without doing a thing. I won’t be back here.

Quicker sometimes to order walking in then using your phone mobile ordering. Quite often order is wrong, so check your bag before you leave.
