They must of changed, well I hope they changed their staff because today’s staff was amazing. Very out going, friendly and you saw they wanted to work. I was very happy with my visit.

Just went to Dunkin’ Donuts on 301. No smiles from either of the people working asked for fresh coffee. They said it was. It was definitely sitting there tasted burnt. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts again when I got my bacon egg bites it was almost like I was bothering them. Maybe they’re having a bad day. Maybe it’s been a long day, but you’re always supposed to be smiling and make the customer feel good. They are not the only ones that have bad days sometimes a good cup of coffee changes the mood for the day! I’ve been drinking Dunkin’ Donuts coffee for 40+ years and I know how the coffee is supposed to taste every single time and when it doesn’t I know the coffee has been sitting. I know it’s the afternoon, coffee should always be fresh at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Stopped at 3:15 AM for a dozen assorted to take to work. Guy wouldn’t answer the speaker, drove to window and he’s scrolling on his phone. Wave to try and get his attention, finally honk horn 2 times. He looks up and just goes back to scrolling. Doesn’t acknowledge then gives me the “brush off” signal. Has a full rack of donuts but obviously that isn’t his priority. Tried calling 3 times during the day to speak with someone but no one answered.

Not a bad in the morning hours but the afternoon shift consistently gives you cups of creamer with little to no coffee. This has happened to me at least a dozen times at this point. Either lazy employees or improper training. I do not recommend this location

Food burnt and hashbrowns old and hard. Spoke with manager Sherelle and she confirmed food is to be made fresh and stated she would replace order. Then stated she pulled the hashbrowns out of the fryer herself which was a blatant lie. So I called her out. If she did then packaging and bag would have grease stains on them. Nether do and the are hard. I mean hard. I stated now I know that is a lie because they are biscuit like hard. She argued that she pulled then out of the fryer and I stated that no she didn’t then she hung up on me. Just don’t lie as I have them proof in my hand. Called back phone rang and rang and finally someone else answered and provided me her boss number. Called and left a message.

Love the new DD in Riverview. This location is easy to access and has plenty of parking. This location is also large with plenty of seating. They also provide electrical outlets and USB charging stations. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly. They are also quick and efficient at this location. The donuts have also been very fresh when I have visited. This location also has plenty of outdoor seating, maybe after it cools off in the area.

Out of the last 5 times going to this location they have got my order wrong 5 times. Simply relating the order back to me would clear any confusion staff has with listening but they are also unable to do that.

Worst Dunkin ever. I got charged twice by the guy with the dreads and he seemed to know he charged me twice because he saw the screen from the otherside. They’re rude and give you the side eye for no reason. I waited 30 minutes for two breakfast tacos and they tasted badly but I didn’t want them to mess up my food because they seem like they don’t care so I wasn’t going to risk my health. Manager of the store pls hire people who want to work. Pls advise my warning and go to Starbucks even if it’s really busy at Starbucks.
